Big Moe's Kitchen-Grand Blanc — Restaurant in Grand Blanc

I saw this trending in my doordash app for weeks before I finally decided to try it and I'm really glad I did. I got double chicken and rice and it also included jalapenos tomatoes and something called sizzle sauce. It was super tasty and the portions were amazing I ate on it three different times. But I really appreciated most was how small all the pieces were everything was diced really fine and mixed really well. I got the mild level spice which was spicier than I would have liked but it had fantastic flavor I just had to chill it out a little bit with some more ranch. I'm eager to try some of the other items they have on their menu as they sound super tasty. This will become a staple for me for sure. They have steak and brisket and other items I'm going to try in my bowl next time. I have specialty egg rolls I want to try. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but there was a literal screw in my food.

Luckily, I caught it before the fork hit my mouth. It actually fell off the fork and clinked into the tray - only then did I see it. Unfortunately, this was right after I inhaled my first bowl. Time will tell if there was anything else in that one. Needless to say, the second bowl never got touched.

That’s not just gross, that’s dangerous. A whole screw in the food? This isn’t some little “oops.” That’s basic safety thrown out the window.

I will not eat here again. This place is trash and will screw you - literally.

Edit: Thankfully, the affirmation screw was the only one I found after waiting to see if I had accidentally ingested one. It’s still unbelievable that this slipped through the cracks and makes me wonder what else might be present. Please do better. If not for the customers, at least for your own sake, you’re already serving the modern slop bowl. Perhaps you could try to make it metal-free at...

I just received my order 10 mins ago, took one bite, and had to write a review. WOW, I'm impressed. My order: Strawberry Smoothie and the Muncher Bowl. The flavor profile in the bowl is amazing. Not too salty, well seasoned. Whatever sauce they got on top of this bowl, it definitely needs to be put in a bottle and sold on the shelf. The rice has a very VERY subtle flavor that works well with the meat. If they over flavored the rice, it would have been too overwhelming. The smoothie was a pricey little thing, but I'm willing to forgive it because it was a tasty little thing that paired well with my food.
