Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Grand Coteau

For the second time this week picking up Popeyes in Grand Coteau was I disappointed as usual. There is no customer service, nor an employee that smiles greets you or says thank you. Also, they are constantly leaving things out of my order. Yesterday was a cup of gravy. The employee acted like it was an inconvenience for her to go and get that item no matter whether they have it on your ticket or not they are constantly forgetting something when you want a drink with your order you have to ask for the cup because they don’t automatically give it to you when you’re paying your ticket.

Whether this employee was joking or not, it was so inappropriate for her to continue telling this elderly gentleman to leave. All he was doing was waiting in line to place his order and then had to wait for it to be prepared. Another couple said while I was waiting there we just assume get our money back because it doesn’t look like we’re gonna ever get our food.

Went through the drive through. The lady mumbled into the mic so I could barely understand her. Ordered a popcorn shrimp meal and 6 boneless wings. What we got was lots of attitude through speaker and at the window. As for the food, we received some extremely over cooked shrimp (maybe 6 tiny pieces in all), a very hard biscuit w/that meal, and a lemonade that was totally amazing. (weird, right) The 6 boneless wings came in the disguise of 12 bone in wings. They were freaking great, but hard to eat while driving. Kinda why I ordered boneless. Our total came out to almost 40 bucks. A bit much, but with all the attitude, I just didn't have time to deal with that and just paid the wretched soul and left. I pass by hear every time I come to Louisiana to visit family....I won't stop again. I highly recommend...

When I arrived there, the staff were tending to the drive thru orders. The cashier noticed me and said she would be with me shortly. Then the manager saw me and said as soon as she took the food out to a customer parked she would take my order. The cashier ended up taking my order. There were no other customers in the lobby besides me and they tended to me with speed and courtesy. They cooked my food fresh and they were very polite. The cashier even brought my food to the table for me. While dining in i could hear the manager taking drive thru orders. The manager was the one on the drive thru headset. She was so pleasant and professional. It is very rare these days to have someone speak to you with kindness especially when they are busy at their job. I have to say the entire...
