Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sunset

Been ordering from these guys since they opened they have never been spot on but tonight just needed my buisness with them. Made a big order couldn’t fulfill it didn’t call me to ask if they could make it made all my pizzas wrong. Tried to be nice and do a substitute only to be given we don’t stock steak we are out of mushrooms. Then you already made my pizza WRONG without my permission. I call to cancel it worker says I need a supervisor then the SUPERVISOR says I can’t cancel the order! I need a manager ! Then the manager won’t even pick up ! Now I’m disputing the charge with visa and completely mad ! The order was supposed to be ready at 8:10 and left mad at 8:30+ idk what the owner manger supervisor are doing here but this is retarded . I WILL never order from here again! I normally bring pizzas to grand coteau sunset and order here 2-3x a month. BOOM I’m done . The very least you could have done after making my order wrong was say hey it’s free we couldn’t make it right to use some common sense and make your customers happy ! We just spent our time money coming here supporting your buisness only to be told hey we made your order wrong and can’t even refund your...

I eat here at least 2-5 times a month, have had different experiences with different shifts. I think a more open communication process in the management department would do the trick. No one has ever been rude to me but I have had people say to me they would NOT get pizza here again. I guess I love the pizza and respect the fact that some days I will have to wait a Lil longer, because of distractions, but I don't mind at all. I love me some Pizza Hut, don't care what store its at or what time...

The food and service had been excellent but my last visit I was ignored while a discussion about outfits worn, getting their drink on, and high fives were in play instead of customer service. I was finally noticed by the manager before I was going to leave. Guess I'll be driving to Carencro to get my pizza without the reality...
