Subway — Restaurant in Sunset

As a former employee and District Manager for Subway in a different state I can say with confidence that this store is not following standards for service or food quality. We ordered online and I sent my brother-in-law to pickup, the service was horrific and the person behind the counter hollered at him when he walked in about a mask. When he responded that he forgot it and was just picking up an order the employee hollered over him to get out! My brother-in-law said I’m just picking up. He was handed the sandwiches aggressively and then told rudely, “Now get out, and don’t come back without a mask again!” The sandwiches were horrible and nothing was to the “Subway” Standard! The new Cheesy Garlic Bread is fantastic...tried it at another Subway....$2.00 extra, a touch much considering you get cheese on your sub at no extra cost, guess the $2.00 is for the garlic butter paste they put on. Anyway...my son went to this Subway only because he was tired and it was closer, because we have long quit going to this Subway because they are way to tight on their toppings...very little. Today we paid $4.00 extra for 2 subs using the cheesy Garlic Bread...well the girl put so little garlic butter paste and so little cheese we could taste only a slight hint of garlic...nothing else, and my tomatoes were 3/4 green and tuff. Never going back no matter what...they obviously...

Just purchased 2 subs 1/2 hour ago. You would think Sunday at 11AM that the bread would be fresh. This bread is days old and moldy. It was a takeout order so we didn't know about the bread until we got it home. You can't even pick up the sandwich. The bread crumbles to dust and there is green mold on it.
