Pictures look great, right? Well turns out they don’t have those donuts - they make them “as needed”, whatever that means. Don’t show pictures of items you don’t have. The menu at the drive thru is very small. I was told they only have donuts “as needed” , so I ordered a hot chocolate that took quite a while to get. Finally, my dog was in the car and they have a picture of a very nice looking pup cup on their drive up window. The woman handed me my hot chocolate and was like “thanks, bye” as my dog looked at her with her head sticking out of the window. Bottom line, a lot of great looking pictures, but don’t appear to have any of these items. I live on the south end, and was really wanting to make this place a staple, even sent a lot of the pictures on their website to friends and family and was like, who knew? Let’s try it! My order cost $25. I got a breakfast burrito and the cold brew flight. The burrito is good but it is tiny. I'm not sure if this is because they are catering to an audience that eats small portions but this isn't enough food for the price. Understanding this is not a large chain and things cost more, it still doesn't feel adequate. My cold brew flight got forgotten about and I had to go ask about it 30 minutes after my food came. It took another 5-7 minutes to get that. I understand things get missed but it'd be nice to offer some sort of reimbursement or an apology at least. Nice layout and seating areas, but the lack of any music made me feel uncomfortable as one could hear every whisper. I actually mentioned this to one of the workers, but she didn’t seem to care as the room remained eerily quiet all throughout our breakfast. Poor selection of pastries, questionable waffles with what I can only describe as firm-sugary clumps in every bite and a bit overpriced. I don’t think this place will ever become a regular stop for me. Perhaps it’s more fun in the evenings as they promote trivia nights as well as a generous selection of beers. Cannot recommended for...
