Went there last night to get the $1 10 piece Chicken Nugget deal and a large sweet tea. I chose to pick up curbside and with as busy a day as it was for me I mistakenly put that I was in curbside #1 instead of curbside #2. I was parked right next to #1 and they never came out. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The other McDonald's in town at least come out and ask because they get people make mistakes. The staff member said she came out twice and no one was parked in #1 so she went back in. By the time I went in to check on my order because the drive through had cleared up my chicken nuggets were disgustingly cold and my sweet tea was watered down. I will never be coming here again because the kid that was working got an attitude with me because I was a little upset about waiting as long as I did because she didn't want to do her job. She then told me that maybe I shouldn't have put that I was in curbside parking #1 when I wasn't. If she can't do her job then maybe she shouldn't be working in a fast paced environment. It's common sense that if there isn't someone parked in the spot the app says then maybe they're parked right next to it because Curbside was full when I got there. If they can't train the kids correctly then maybe they should get new management and stop hiring children to work there. Read moreMy husband and I stopped in for a late supper on Sunday. Oct. 1st,2017. We were both looking forward to trying out the chicken tenders. We were greeted by your employee Melissa. First things first, her attitude and attentiveness caught us both by surprise compared to our last visit almost a year ago. Great to see a change in that area. Unfortunately the chicken tenders were sold out as well as the fish filet. She did inform us that since the tenders were a new product, they were still trying to get a good daily ballpark figure. I applaud her for that information rather than leave us wondering. We opted for the nuggets and when asked what kind of dipping sauce,she listed off the normal, some spicy ones and saved the night by announcing the return of HOT MUSTARD! My all time favorite! She must have noticed my husband drooling over the dessert section on the menu because she asked if we had tried the new pumpkin pies yet? She had my husband sold and be added 4 to our order! All in all, KUDOS to you as you have definitely listened to your customers and are making necessary changes. Your employee had us smiling from the minute we walked in till the minute we walked out! One of the employees cursing out customers, throwing peoples' food everywhere in a tantrum. I understand things were hectic. But no excuse to behave that way. The employee with the black skull cap, and facial hair.
Then the young lady with the glasses and blonde hair floating around not doing anything. There was a mountain of food that was ready to be bagged all mixed up in that hot bin.
Management really needs to come up with tactics to deal with extreme rushes like this. My recommendation is to close 1 drive thru lane, take one order, hand it out. Then take the next one. Take one drive thru order, hand it out, then take 1 lobby order, hand it out. Turn off the kiosks.
Designate one employee to deal with all of the mobile orders. And a separate sandwich maker for mobile orders. This sandwich maker would get the bagger all of the things they need to complete the order. If there are no mobile orders, the second sandwich maker and bagger could switch gears to assist with...
