Burger King — Restaurant in Grand Island

My order was not what I asked for... so I parked my car and went inside the woman in the Drive-Thru window was the manager I'm going to assume she was a shift manager and not the general manager hopefully what happened would never have happened if it was the general manager I am formed her that my fries were not fresh like I requested and that my hamburger plain only ketchup had pickles and mustard on it she blamed the other girl let me rephrase that she said that the fresh fries in the bag was not her responsibility because she wasn't the one who bagged my order and I corrected her and told her that she was the manager in the window that I should have gotten my order completely as I asked for it so she went ahead and took the bag and within just a minute or two I got my mostly hot fries they weren't fresh out of the fryer but they weren't cold like the others and my hamburger plain only ketchup she didn't offer me a free meal she didn't offer to refund my money she just said here you go and walked away so I went ahead and asked her for her name and I don't want to think that she purposely ignoring me so I raised my voice a little bit louder and said Excuse Me Miss manager what's your name she said it low enough that had to ask her twice her name is Ciara I managed fast food for years I worked for Burger King three times you guys are so lucky I'm not a secret shopper totally unacceptable especially...

I went to the 2nd street locations drive thru. I sat at the order box for over 10 minutes while they helped the two people ahead of me. After they left I was still not helped. I drove to the window and honked my horn. Finally someone Came to the window to help me. I explained I had been in the drive thru for over 10 minutes waiting to order. I was told they didn't know I was there and only two people there. Well one person walked out back to the shed and back inside. while I was waiting before driving up another one walked from the gas station cross the street in front of me. How could they not know I was there!!!! Then there was the 3rd person at the window so I don't know about only 2 people when I saw 3. When i finally got my food theone that came from the gas station helped me. They took my order and I waited over 15 mins to get my food. Got there at 9:58 am left at 10:34 am. The has browns tasted like old burnt oil from the fryer. The food wasn't as hot as I thought would be for just being made. This is the 3rd time of getting poor service from this location!!! 3/6/25. Today we went at 10:30pm to go buy hamburger for my family and when we pull up at the drive thru and we kept saying hello hello? But none answered so we decided to pull up at the window to pick up and at the window there was an African women and she treated us bad and we asked if it was opened because none answered in the drive thru witch she responded saying “I’m not gonna answer to a hello because a hello is not a order and she wasn’t gonna answer to that so if we wanted to order something to go back to the drive thru and redo the things again “so we said hello because how are we gonna Order if none responded us back to let us know their was someone their to take our order and we were waiting a lot of time their in the drive thru waiting for someone to answer .we were really polite and she was really rude ,we didn’t go back because it’s not like we were asking or begging her for free food for her to treat us like that and we are never gonna go again to t that Burger King because the treatment she gives is bad .
