I wish I could leave 0 they canāt answer their phones and the order was rang up right but the teenager they hired gave me the wrong drink and couldnāt even take the order not to mention it took over 10 minutes for them to attempt then stopped us then attempted again I tried to call to complain to a manager but donāt bother calling them at all because they donāt care enough to answer their phones and if you go here your order will be messed up since the people at the drive thru canāt even take an order or make the right order even though itās in front of them this store needs to retrain their whole staff when I used to come it was great and that was before all the teenagers were hired there is so much more but no point in posting bc none of the staff there care about their customers i would rather go to the Hastings one or to paradise donuts which is sad that a family owned is better than a huge company and plus they are always out of donuts when thatās the main...

I ordered 2 coffees at noon via the app and then drove 15 minutes to the new dunken location. I then sat and watched the staff for 15 minutes stand around and two of them were even texting on their phones at the front counter. After waiting I asked, āexcuse me, did you guys miss my app order?ā A lady with the name tag Key said, no we are just busy and then she said āoh itās right hereā. She reached behind the counter and handed me a melted iced coffee and a cold hot coffee and it was the wrong drink. I told her it was wrong and she snatched it out of my hand and said āwell youāre going to have to wait for me to remake itā she then slowly wiped down all the counter tops and made my drink. All while 4 employees stood at the front and watched her.

She's ready to start selecting our donuts and I asked her nicely if she could please pull up her mask. She responded with attitude we don't have to! So I said that's fine if you don't want to but then can you have someone else who wants to or is wearing a mask select my donuts? With more attitude she's like I'll just pull it up. But even as she did it wasn't covering her face/nose completely. Then as we're leaving I noticed another employee who looked like a manager (bc of the type of shirt she was wearing) sitting off to side seemingly taking a break on her phone with no mask either.
