So my husband and my son have had your sandwiches before but this was my first time, I used to work in two different sandwich shops that don't exist anymore, unfortunately.However, like many people I have eaten out and I have to say that for $91 3 Giant subs are not in that value range. No drinks, nothing more just the subs. When I bite into a Philly steak and cheese I expect that the roll will be toasted with butter on it and that the butter will have permeated onto the roast beef the onion and green pepper that was cooked together on the grill and then picked up with your spatula and slid onto The toasted bun then extra cheese is put on top of that and it is remelted onto the meat so that when I bite into it I immediately have the taste of the soft bread with the butter being melted oozing out the flavor of the Roast beef with just a little bit of salt in the flavor of either the meat or the butter not to drown out the other but to marry the two flavors. Then as I enjoy the juicy taste it is finished by a green pepper and onion that was sauteed on the grill. That did NOT happen. The bread was cold,not toasted, no butter had been there. The meat was thinly sliced almost paper thin. With the name Jersey I expected and deserved a sandwich from a classic back east deli dripping with flavor.

I had an order for $50+ dollars and I was told that I could not pay with a $100 bill. I asked why and she said it is the policy to not accept them. I asked well what if my total is $85 and I was told rudely again that we do not accept $100 bills and that it is clearly posted on the door (apparently not clear enough if I did not see it.) and the proceeded to tell me to stop yelling at her employee which I was not, I was speaking loudly because it was loud in the establishment(it was very busy in there) but I never raised my voice, that is not how I portray myself and anyone that knows me know this. As a business owner myself I would never tell a customer he cannot spend his money at my place of business. This is a mistake! Read moreHave done online orders only because they are a small area and get busy. It's known when making an online order to set it 20 minutes before you pickup because if you want it at 2:00 o'clock, set the pickup at 1:30 or 1:45 it's happened three times to me. I try to order after lunch hours because they get busy, and still, when you set the pick-up time, make it 20 to 30 minutes before you have to pick it up today i waited 45 minutes. The staff is very friendly, and they all seem to work hard and as one unit, they apologized and offered free drinks, but I think they need a team for online orders also noticed when they are busy they were making regular orders in the gluten-free area we order gluten free and i like how they have a separate area for gluten-free sandwiches and they keep each area super clean unlike the aurora co store but noticed when they get busy they start making sandwiches in each spot. If you could keep the gluten-free area as it's own and clean and also have two to three staff working on online orders, maybe idk I'm no expert just my opinion. Keep up the good work...
