We ordered a breakfast pick up of 15 burritos and 6 pastries for a professional meeting this morning. We were 10 minutes late. Waited in line for 5 minutes. When we arrived to the counter, our order was not ready and they “assumed we weren’t coming because we were 15 minutes late.” The manager then told me we should have called on our way this morning, even though I called in the order at 1600 the previous day. We were not instructed to call on our way this morning. Now are 20 staff members will not have the breakfast we promised. You blamed us for someone not showing up the day before to pick up 10 burritos. I would have happily paid for the order when I called it in the day before. You’ve lost our business and likely that of our employees. Please don’t blame your customers for incompetencies of your business. You should have offered a gift card or coffee to us; not blaming me for being 10 minutes late and not calling as I WAS NOT INSTRUCTED TO DO THIS. Read moreI come here all the time regularly and do some work on my laptop and throughout the middle of my work i get me something to drink. and the employee was an older guy gray hair with a blue shirt on, goes up to me and loudly says “if your going to use the wifi you have to buy something or leave” clearly he didnt recognize me or he was brand new because i go all the time and i never leave without a drink. I spend at least 20 dollars a week there. I pretty much know everybody there. I just calmy grabbed my stuff and left. I couldnt believe what had happened. And as i was leaving i heared him saying racial slurs to another worker as i walked by. It gets worse as i drove by he flipped me off right outside in front of all the custumers?
