We ordered a breakfast pick up of 15 burritos and 6 pastries for a professional meeting this morning. We were 10 minutes late. Waited in line for 5 minutes. When we arrived to the counter, our order was not ready and they “assumed we weren’t coming because we were 15 minutes late.” The manager then told me we should have called on our way this morning, even though I called in the order at 1600 the previous day. We were not instructed to call on our way this morning. Now are 20 staff members will not have the breakfast we promised. You blamed us for someone not showing up the day before to pick up 10 burritos. I would have happily paid for the order when I called it in the day before. You’ve lost our business and likely that of our employees. Please don’t blame your customers for incompetencies of your business. You should have offered a gift card or coffee to us; not blaming me for being 10 minutes late and not calling as I WAS NOT INSTRUCTED TO DO THIS. The incompetent girl on the phone lied to the unhelpful manager and he sided with her. The girl did obtain my phone number. They should have called me if they were concerned...

I recently visited Coffee Trader and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the amazing manager, Camden. From the moment we walked in, his warm welcome made us feel right at home. The dedication to providing excellent service was evident in every detail. The team ensured the coffee shop was spotless and well-organized, creating a comfortable environment for customers. Their knowledge of the menu was impressive, offering personalized recommendations that turned out to be perfect choices. What stood out most was their genuine care and attentiveness. They checked in with us multiple times to ensure we were satisfied, and they handled every situation with grace and professionalism. Their friendly demeanor and positive attitude created an inviting atmosphere that made our visit truly enjoyable. It's clear that Camden and his associates are passionate about the job and committed to delivering the best customer experience. I highly recommend visiting The Coffee Trader and experiencing their outstanding service firsthand. Kudos to the Manager Camden and the...

I come here all the time regularly and do some work on my laptop and throughout the middle of my work i get me something to drink. and the employee was an older guy gray hair with a blue shirt on, goes up to me and loudly says “if your going to use the wifi you have to buy something or leave” clearly he didnt recognize me or he was brand new because i go all the time and i never leave without a drink. I spend at least 20 dollars a week there. I pretty much know everybody there. I just calmy grabbed my stuff and left. I couldnt believe what had happened. And as i was leaving i heared him saying racial slurs to another worker as i walked by. It gets worse as i drove by he flipped me off right outside in front of all the custumers? He clearly didnt like the fact he lost my business and i handled the situation like an adult and grabbed my stuff and left. Ive never experienced anything like this. The people that saw the situation unfolding told me they werent going to come back neither, and they had never seen anything like that before espcially from...

I recently visited The Coffee Trader in Grand Junction, and overall, it was a good experience. The coffee was pretty decent—not the best I’ve had, but still enjoyable. The customer service was okay, nothing too remarkable, but what really stood out for me was the atmosphere. The vibe of the place is fantastic—it's vibrant, lively, and has a great energy that makes you want to hang around for a while. It’s a great spot to unwind, meet with friends, or just take in the local scene. If you’re in the area and want a place with a fun, upbeat vibe, The Coffee Trader is worth a stop!

New building but same quality food and drinks! Breakfast burrito was tasty and tortilla soft. I love that there are several sugar free syrup options! Thank you for that! Only suggestion I have is to move the third list of syrups (on drive - thru) sign somewhere more visible. The speaker is in front of that section of syrups & if you're in a (short) car you can't read them. Of course, the person taking your order will kindly tell you your options, if you ask but it would be nice to be ready to give for order quickly, if there is a line behind you.

Perk: they have good coffee, and the atmosphere is well-lit with big windows. Questionable: for wifi access, you need to make a purchase before receiving a voucher code (good for 2 hours). 1 purchased item = 1 voucher code, which means you’ll need to split up your items for multiple purchases. There’s room for improvement, though I understand and respect that they’re trying to keep people from posting up all day without spending money (they explained this the moment I walked in).
