Simply AMAZING! Wow, we were totally taken by surprise when we got our food. It is a food truck so you don't have seating but the stop will be a must for us from now on.
The “service” is just when ordering and when you get your food but the guy is so nice when ordering. Gives me a feeling of humbleness.
The ambiance is a parking lot and your car. You could bring lawn chairs and sit outside as there is plenty of room around the truck after you get your food.
The tacos were delicious with plenty of flavor and the meats were juicy and tender. The toppings were fresh and plentiful. The corn tortillas were soft and tender.
The breakfast burrito was so delicious and super filling. You are not going to be disappointed. Two people could eat that thing! We got steak in the burrito and the meat was tender and delicious! Again, wow!

Good food. I got the breakfast burrito with bacon, egg, and they added avacado. I also got the tacos with pastor, which were not bad...not quite authentic...was topped with tomato, goat cheese, and iceberg lettuce...but...it came with a lime. My mother got the chicken quesadilla, just plain with cheese and meat...good but not great. they have 3 types of salsa...green is mild, red is medium hot, and orange is a good brew that slowly creeps up on you...the trick eat something. location has moved apparently to over by the red salamander and sancturary spirts. food truck does not provide a seating area next to truck. opens...

The Best Mexican Food in the area. The Lengua and Barbacoa Burritos are worth the trip. It isn't too much of a wait and you can just pop into Sanctuary Spirits to have a beer while you do so. They are always on time with their orders, and I have never had a subpar quality order. My wife hates that they use Styrofoam plates, but they're a food truck and you cannot expect them to use biodegradable takeout boxes.
