The older Hispanic female cashier on 09/13/2021 was exhausting to deal with. She seems like the miserable type of person that makes every situation an argument. The customers in line before me were clearly frustrated dealing with her and she definitely didn’t spare me when it was my turn.
I ordered and tried to use my online coupon. I made the mistake of not announcing I had a coupon before my order so she told me I couldn’t use it because she already keyed in the order (I hadn’t paid yet). I apologized and asked if she could delete it and use my coupon before it expired. She made a big deal and complicated it so much to the point my coupon reached the 15 minute limit and I was unable to access it. Even though she saw it in the 5-10 minutes she are arguing with me, she would not honor it because it was expired I really wish I was joking. Out of hunger and frustration, I ordered without the coupon and left because I couldn’t stand to continue interacting with her. I get in my car and check my food and she had given me the wrong sandwich. The idea of going back in and explaining this to her was too exhausting to even consider seeing as it already took 25 minutes to order and “receive” a chicken sandwich and fries from her. I guess I was meant to eat a whopper instead that day.
I wouldn’t return to this Burger King even if Texas was in a food famine. Ordering a fast food lunch shouldn’t make me feel like I need to take a shot after. Shame on her and shame on Burger King for allowing...

I showed them the Buger King app where I ordered from and the email that I received from Buger king for my order during business hours. Kept telling me to call uber. One lady finally came out and said she would give us the food this one time. I was not trying to get food at this time. They said I could call corporate and get my money back. Just give me the number. I had prove that they had taken money from my account and the manager knew that they had closed early due to technical problems that night. All they had to do was give me the number to corporate. Still called corporate and 3 weeks later they responded to me with make sure which store you are ordering from. We originally were doing an online order and we're going to go through the drive through to pick it up but we sat there for a couple of minutes and no one answered. So we decided to walk in and one door was locked (they were open) and the lady at the counter was OUT OF IT. Idk if she was high or drunk or just didn't care about her job but everything she was doing was half-assed. There were maybe four workers (I get being understaffed, but they weren't busy and this was a genuine issue) only one guy seemed competent in the back but the front three girls either seemed like they didn't care or like that one girl who was probably high.
