Whataburger — Restaurant in Grand Prairie

It's been awhile since I have checked my phone I've been pretty busy lately. So right now I am parked and waiting on one of my family member getting off of work. So I always start my experiences thanking God for another day. I can't help myself because I know that God is so good to me. And I'm not afraid to admit it. Well I remember when I was in drive-thru getting something to eat for myself and my husband he loved the burgers and the onion rings and it got to have him a strawberry soda he's so precious. And I decided I wanted to try the fajita Taco did they have I remember this it is a number 12 if you haven't had it I believe you will enjoy it. I am very picky and very particular about where I go when it come down to certain food that I eat so this Whataburger is in Grand Prairie I love going there sometime so what I ordered the combo do chicken have that flavor with the onions and the bell pepper that they cook with it I mean it is so good you got to try at least tried one time. And don't forget your picante sauce that is if you like picante sauce. I enjoy Whataburger because they food so fresh and the reason why I know that because when they put it in the bag and it handed to you and still be pretty hot not like that but it's just the freshness and the cook well cook if I can say. And also if you're getting onion rings and french fries with it they be fresh as well. I think you will be very satisfied because we are very satisfied with Whataburger. I just like the way they take your order they repeat it back to you to make sure it is correct and if you need extra ketchup or napkins they don't mind satisfying you with that. When I got my order it was incorrect.

I have had this issue at this location before but it has become a constant problem in the recent months.

When I asked if my order could be corrected I told them I would hold on to my incorrect item to ensure that it was indeed remade ( another issue I have had at this location is that they do don’t remake the incorrect item, they just make changes to the incorrect)

It took three people to ask me why I needed to hold on to the incorrect item, as I answered each person seemed annoyed.

The manager ( a women with an angry face and rude tone) told me in order to remake my item I had to give the incorrect item. She informed she would leave it within site, as I went to hand her my incorrect item she snatched it from my hand and slammed the drive thru windows.

In a short two minutes I was handed a bag with my correct item slapped together as if to show me what I get for asking my order to be corrected.

No apologies where ever given and I was questioned as if I would somehow try to steal from the drive thru.

I will sending a fórmale to the Whataburger corporate office as well as reaching out to owner Russell Uzzaman.

I understand that things don’t always get done right and it not always the workers fault. But NEVER have I been treating so maliciously by people who are supposed to there to provide a service.

Needless to say I will make sure everyone I speak will not be going to this location.

Leadership is awful and team members are haphazardly...

I went to this location on 7/11 @ 11:16a.m. and ordered myself and kids some food as I was rushing to work. I waited 15 min for the food. I get home to find the food was cold. For such a short ride the food should not have been cold. Everything was cold and there were hashbrowns that were ice cold in the fry box! I waited 15min for COLD FOOD!!! I only had about 30min to scarf my COLD food down and my kids were complaining that their food was cold and nasty. I spent $21.93 for cold nasty food. I asked my son how was his chicken sandwich and he said rubbery. I didnt go back because i had to eat my cold food really fast because thats all i had to eat at that point. The fries were cold and did not taste as if they were cooked all the way. They were white not even tinted little. I go back the next day when I have time before work to speak to the manager and she told me that there was nothing she could do. I told here you think Id waste my time to come back over here over Lie. Noone wants to be forced to eat cold food due to the fact they didnt have time to go back. I went back when I had time as I got off about 11p.m. and needed to go to sleep. I told her that I was coming back and forgot due to an emergency. Nonetheless i am not going back and will call corporate. The service there...
