Jack's Pour House — Restaurant in Grand Prairie

Been staying in Arlington since Monday and will be leaving this Friday. Me and my husband stopped at a hand full of bars before we found this place. Jack's pour House got us hooked, we have been coming every night. The other bars weren't horrible but they all were either cash only, non smoking, or didn't have the only vodka I drink. Jack's pour House had it all and more. The friendliest staff welcomed us, and made us feel like home. They have kareoke Thurs through Saturday. They have 2 pool tables, and 3 dart boards. I came up there last night excited to come. The short white waitress who had like blind hair. She served me drinks in this plastic cup that look dirty. I told her can she serve my drink in to plastic cup she proceeded to tell me that’s illegal and the owner would not like that. Why would she lie like that. So I gave her the drinks back and left. I have my bartender certificate and manager certificate including be Kitchen Manager at several locations. I just gave her the drinks back and left. I did not have time to argue so...

Good drinks! The energy is welcoming and they have digital menus (great for any bar where you have people walking around and touching things constantly). Our bartender wore a mask, but didn't truly enforce it. I suspect it's an understaffing issue in combination with people simply not wanting to, but, all-in-all, the service and atmosphere was so nice that I can't leave a review without truly recommending it.
