My opinion of this place is forever changed. I ordered a fish taco and a beef fajita taco on flour. I only ever get my tacos on flour. I place my order around 520 and I came to pick it up around 545. I had never had an issue before, so I didn’t check the tacos right when I got in the car. I had to drive home, which takes me around 45 minutes to an hour because this was one of my stops after work. When I open the box is all corn tortillas. I have nothing else to eat so I ate the fish taco, but it wasn’t really good because I don’t like corn tortillas so I didn’t eat the other one. I made sure to take a picture of the corn tortilla so that they could see that I wasn’t making it up. I called today to remedy the situation, but I could only do so after work, which is around six. she tells me there’s nothing she can do but give me empty flour tortillas. I tell her that doesn’t make any sense and she asked me if I still have the food. I said no it went into the trash because I couldn’t eat it because I don’t like it. She said you should’ve brought Back the food. I said it in the trash, so what were you going to do if I brought back the food besides throw it in the trash? She said just put it in the trash. Then she said I can offer you a discount but we shouldn’t really give you that. That’s ridiculous and they have awful Customer service. I was telling my friends to go here and I’m gonna make sure that they know not to. It was literally six dollars worth of tacos that they refuse to refund or remake and that is just poor customer service to someone who’s been a loyal customer. I’m including the picture of the taco that is obviously on a corn tortilla. Two thumbs down for mediocrity. I even tried to call back that same day to let them know the issue and they cut their phones off after a certain time so she’s telling me I should’ve called and I have it on record that I called them before they closed. Bad attitude, bad people.

This place isn't that good they say when their isn't any cars in the parking lot it's because the food isn't all that.. I should of followed that rule. I got some barbacoa and some fajita tacos.. I tried the barbacoa first..it had no taste whatsoever its like they just grilled it with no seasoning.. And then I had the fajitas tasted horrible.the rice looked good but it had a sticky texture, didn't taste freshly made either . As well, I had high expectations of this place being my first time there. But I don't think I will go there again.. I know they probably will hate me for this review.. But being Hispanic I know how good tacos should taste.. And this wasn't it.. Guys "Haste makes Waste.." don't over cook your meat please and don't rush it either.. Taste your own food beforehand.. See if it meets your expectations..

I heard about this restaurant on Facebook and had been eagerly awaiting a chance to stop by. I was not disappointed! We ordered a brisket burrito, chicken quesadilla, and three street tacos (pastor and brisket). The meat was tender and flavorful. We had the mild and spicy salsas and they lived up to their heat levels. The portion sizes are next level and everything tasted freshly made. I can usually eat about 4 street tacos, however I was satisfied after just two! The burrito was massive; my husband finished a third of his. My littles split the chicken quesadilla and rice but barely finished half. The owner was lovely! Patient and kind and brought over a spoon to help my toddler eat his rice.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So my coworkers called to place an order for their Order at this place for a room with no cilantro three of them with everything on it we asked them to separate the talk goes into different boxes so that way the one we ask with NO CILANTRO doesn’t get cross contamination with the other 3 tacos with no cilantro. I went to pick up the order and when I got back to my work place we checked the other that was SUPPOSED TO HAVE NO CILANTRO. I called before they closed to inform the “owner” that we specifically said no cilantro. First off I had to call several times because they would not answer the phone and when they finally picked up they tried to argue with me instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. When I get up there to get a refund (and yes I went up there after they were closed because they decided to answer the phone at the last minute) and there all three employees standing there as if they were going to gang up on me. As soon as I walk in she tried to argue with me and explained to me that THEIR FOOD IS CROSS CONTAMINATED WITH THEIR CILANTRO. (While the other lady was picking the cilantro out of the tacos) But I thought you said there was no cilantro in the tacos) 🧐 The guy that was standing there said WE TAKE ALLERGIES SERIOUSLY AND WE WOULD HAVE TO CUT UP A WHOLE NEW ONION AND STUFF. I said why couldn’t y’all do that. The lady specifically said “WE WOULD NOT SERVE HER IF WE KNEW SHE WAS ALLERGIC”. I said but he just told me that y’all can cut up new onions and stuff. She said WHEN PEOPLE SAY THEY DON’T WANT CILANTRO ITS BECAUSE THEY DON’T LIKE IT SO WE DON’T WORRY ABOUT NOT TAKING IT OFF. At that point I was frustrated because I don’t understand why they decided to ARGUE with me instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. And then told me that “THATS THEIR BUSINESS AND WE CAN TELL THEM HOW TO RUN THEIR BUSINESS” but as a paying customer whether I was allergic or not as a BUSINESS OWNER they should always meet their customer expectations. Point blank period. It’s all about customer service. And yes they can come to my work place so we can teach them...

Here's the deal. First off when you can sit up and lie like that plus poor customer service that's the problem. No one asked for anything for free. I just wanted the money back and you said "YOU CAN HAVE THE TACOS, HERE" and I took a few minutes looking at them. Its not that my friend is picky. She's allergic to it. And I don't believe that a person should specify whether if she is allergic or not. No cilantro means no cilantro! Period! So for you to assume that she just may not like it and decide to put cilantro on there anyways is bad business. I DONT MIND A BUISNESS TAKING UP FOR THEMSELVES BUT WHEN YOU CAN SIT UP AND LIE AND ARGUE WITH ME THATS THE PROBLEM!!!!! AND THEN YOU COME ON THE REVIEWS AND CONTINUE TO LIE AND STILL ARGUE WITH ME THATS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS. My friends are making reviews not to support me but because they are shocked by the way y'all talked to me. AND THEY NEVER CALLED YALL NAMES! The tacos were untouched when we took a pictures and when I brought it up there to you. So tell me how (when we ask for 4 tacos with no cilantro and 3 with everything) we could magically put a 4th tacos in the box when the picture obviously look untouched. And you decided to delete the pictures. AND I DID NOT LEAVE SATISFIED BECAUSE YALL DECIDED TO ARGUE WITH ME INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. MY TIME AND YOUR TIME WAS BEING WASTED BECAUSE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. And yes I have the whole conversation recorded because I don't appreciate being lied to or lied about. All of my coworkers been to this place and we loved it until now and for you to say we've never been shows how much you care about your customers. As a business owner you should NEVER argue with your paying customers. And like I said every customers should count. SO FOR YOU TO GET ON REVIEW (YES OTHER PEOPLE LOOK AT THE REVIEWS) AND CONTINUE WITH WHAT YOU ARE DOING SHOWS YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND...
