I was so disappointed in this store, specifically the manager! She was so rude, not only to us and customers, BUT TO HER EMPLOYEES!!!! I've been a customer of Starbucks for 30 yrs. The barista was doing his job just fine...and she kept hoovering over him obviously making him nervous and she was apologizing announcing he was still training. Not only that....all the baristas were working quietly, with their heads down, barely even able to hear them when calling the names for customers to come get their orders. They all looked scared of this female manager, my visit was Sunday, late morning, May 7th. She hollered across the store at one barista(the one training), who carried a drink out to a customer and he was confirming the drink was right, to hurry up and get behind the counter...there wasn't anyone waiting to order at the time. She just seemed to make the whole atmosphere there drab and depressing! I've never in all these years seen this in my experience all over the metroplex. Normally everyone is happy, smiling and cheerfully greeting people. Before we left it appeared there was a shift change. I over heard her telling new employees coming in that HE(the trainee) was the reason they were all behind and to hurry up so they can catch up. I felt so bad for him...Starbuck....do BETTER and train THIS manager how to boost morale, not destroy it. It is a very busy store...you can't afford to let this BAD apple ruin...

My sister did a mobile order on Thursday November 4th, that was supposed to be ready for 9:10 am we get there and the place is packed (to be expected). We ask for the order and was told it would take a few more mins because they were behind a few orders. Fast forward to 9:40ish, we still had not received our order and there was 9 people still in front of us waiting. She decided to ask for a refund because we had somewhere to be at 10:30. She was told the money would be sent back to the original form of payment but they didn't they sent as a gift card through the app, but that isn't the issue the issue is the total was $25 and they only refunded $18.50. Called customer service to see why $18.50 was only refunded instead of full amount and they didn't have an answer and said there wasn't anything they can do. So we called the store and the manager was told the situation and said he cannot give me an answer that he can call back in 2 hours. Why 2 hours? They received payment right away and they want to take their time to do a refund. To top it off she got hung up on by the MANAGER a manager! So basically they stole $6.50 from my sister. Just make sure that when you ask for a refund that it's the full amount and that you just...
Ā Ā Ā Read morei went to this location on a sunday afternoon and they were EXTREMELY busy, like a line wrapped around the building and down the street busy. i placed a mobile order and went inside to pick it up and the 3 workers were SO nice. they were extremely understaffed and working with only the 3 of them through a super busy rush all while staying so calm and upbeat. i canāt imagine how stressed out they mustāve been, but they were all doing so amazing and were so efficient. they were all so funny and extremely friendly!! psa to the manager, PLEASE hire more people and give those guys a raise! starbucks is over a $100B company, i think you can afford to give those boys more help and better pay. this is my favorite starbucks now because of them! theyāre doing the best they can with the amount of people they have, so please be kind to them. iāll go on a wednesday instead of a sunday...
