We visited "Little Bangkok" on a Monday evening about 7pm. Not very busy. Seated immediately, was given menus and water, then spent a few minutes going over the menus. The options were very similar to other Thai restaurants, although I have often encountered higher prices. We split some soup, an order of fresh rolls, and each ordered a main dish.
The rolls came first. Very good. Well formed. I think I would have liked a sweet chili sauce more than what came with them (I believe they have other options. I just didn't ask, and what was served was good.)
Soup came next. We ordered the soup with medium heat and shrimp. Again the soup was very good. But then, I really like coconut and red Thai curry. The wait person was concerned about insuring the food wasn't too hot. In this case, the heat was lovely. Enough to appreciate but without pain or sweating. The cooks took a slightly different approach than I've had at other places but the soup was delicious and easily enjoyed.
Finally, the main course dishes arrived. Neither was as spicy as the soup, one much less so. I think this is an attempt to not overwhelmed new customers with too much heat, but a bit more would have been fine. We were given both chili oil and dried pepper flakes to add spice as desired. This helped. But I'm probably spending too much time on the heat. Both dishes were very well prepared and tasty. (And I'm looking forward to left-overs tomorrow.)
The restaurant was very clean, and both the hostess and wait person were very nice. I'm told this restaurant has been around for over a decade, so a lot of people must have enjoyed it through the years. Add us...

✅ Free, easy, and convenient parking 🅿️ (strip mall) ✅ Reasonably priced food ✅ Good portion sizes ✅ Good customer service. Our server was a teenage guy who has only been working there for 2 days but was striving to do a good job. ✅ The food was prepared and served quickly 🧐 The appetizers came out at the same time as the food and the crab wontons were cold. I asked for them to be remade and they did it without a problem. 🧐 The texture and taste of the chicken in my Kow pad dish was weird. I wouldn’t order a dish with chicken again.
At the time of posting, we (party of two) dined here once on June 6, 2024...
Read moreFirst off, this restaurant chain has the most asinine hours I’ve ever seen. They are rarely open when I call. Also, the chain doesn’t operate under one website. Each location has its own site, which brings me to my issue. After waiting a half hour to order my food, I was finally able to place an order online. But it turns out I was on the website for the location all the way across town. I asked the location I meant to order from if I could get my food at their location, and they said not unless I want to pay again. I called the Forest Hills location and asked if I could get my $40 back. They said no. I told the guy I wanted to talk to my bank. I even said, thank you. My bank said I could dispute it (which I will be doing), but I was hungry enough to do the long drive across town in rush hour traffic to get my food. I called them back to verify there weren’t any other hiccups in my order, and they sent me to voicemail three times (which is full). What an incredibly...
