Poor cannot begin to describe the experience we had at BC Pizza. Before we share we want to explain that Steve and Ashley provided us the most AMAZING service we have had. Being that we work very close to the location, we went to BC Pizza nearly every week day for two years. Each day we would get the salad bar to go. $5.99 seemed a good value for this lunch. On occasion we would spluge and get the full pizza buffet to go.
In going so often, we developed a friendship with Steve and Ashley. The service they provided allowed us to develop a loyalty to this restaurant. About six weeks ago we had an uncomfortable experience with the owner, MARLENE. Her harsh tone and attitude made us feel less than appreciated as customers. We chalked it up to her having a bad day. It did not deter us from continuing with our loyalty.
However, the following week we had another experience with MARLENE that severed our relationship with BC Pizza completely. She accused us of "taking too much pizza." We each took four piece of pizza; please be mindful that there are no signs posted that indicated there is a limit. We were told that you could fill your to go box with pizza. Our boxes were not full by any means! She was extemely rude and disrespectful. We were appauled by her courseness and unplesantries. For nearly two years we gave our business to this establishment. We unsure how they stay in business with an owner that is so UNCIVIL.
We can't say enough about Steve and Ashley except we are so sorry that you have to work with such an unpleasant person. Our recomendation is to NEVER step foot in BC Pizza. Steve-- GO TO FU GARDEN--next door. ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBy far the worst service I have EVER encountered.
Starting off with my order the lady on the phone had to take my card number 3 times before she got it right. Then told the delivery guy he wrong address to give him. At this point everything was fine. We gave the delivery guys a nice tip and sent him on his way. Once we opened the pizza it was folded in half in the box and not edible at all. Right away we called the store and asked for a manager. She said there was no manager there. We explained what happened and then she went and got a manager.... The guy on the phone did not believe us and said kids try to do this all the time. We told him it wasn't a joke and we would like another pizza sent over. He took out order down again.
Over a hour goes by and we we called asking where our food was. The same girl on the phone said that they have not started it yet and it would be another hour, then proceeded to ask us for our PATIENCE (its been 2 hours now). How unbelievably rude and unprofessional the people there was astounding.
They call me 25 minutes later with two pizzas because they messed up again and made the wrong size.
Atleast they tried to compensate but damn that was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter dealing with traffic backed up 40 min from 3 accidents, I see a nice sign "now serving all you can eat pizza and salad buffet" from the road. Sounds great. As I approached the door they have a little kindergarten chalk blackboard kick sign with some chicken scratch on it. It's facing towards a local business and is not visible from the parking lot or the road. It must say something about the actual times which apparently are not "now serving"
Here is where the "service" goes way down. I go inside and immediately notice the buffet is closed. I politely bring it to the attention of an employee that the sign was left out. She apathetically offers for me to wait 30 mins for some pizza. She agrees she does'nt get why the sign is still up. Naturally, I pull up sign and bring it inside so nobody else has to deal with the inconvenience. As I am coming in the manager is exasperated. He goes to replace the sign and I ask him why. He's response, " I want the sign up so people come in thinking there is a buffet and hopefully they will buy some pizza"...Yeah, they do...
