7-7 was stuck in the mobile order pickup line over 25 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. Yet they helped all 6 cars in the regular drive thru 4 of which hadn't even ordered. The photo AND video clearly show I ordered at 5:13 and didn't receive my order until 5:45. Absolutely atrocious. And there was even a staff member who wasn't working who entered the side door and came out with drinks 5 minutes later. And of course all the food was ice cold from just sitting there waiting.
5-31-25 Been here 4 times in the last month because of their good $4 meal deal. As always I order thru the app and as always even arriving 5-10 minutes AFTER ORDERING it hasn't even been started. Yet they will take the order, take payment and SERVE people who pull into the drive thru WHILE I WAS WAITING AT THE MOBILE ORDER WINDOW. I shouldn't have to wait 5-10 minutes AFTER arriving when the other lane waits 2-3 minutes.
10-12-24: Dropped to 1 star. Would be negative 1 star if it could be.. Ordered thru the app. Estimated time to be ready was 5 min. Arrived when the app said AND was ignored for another 7 MINUTES while they took the order, prepared the food for and handed it out to 3 cars that pulled into the other drive thru. When someone FINALLY CAME and asked THEY HAD NOT EVEN STARTED MY ORDER. AND THEY PREPARED ANOTHER DRIVE THRU ORDER BEFORE MINE. Then the staff member who asked us about our food finally brought the order threw it on the counter and walked away and we had to WAIT ANOTHER 2 MINUTES before he even remembered we were there. And on top of that my burger WAS COLD. Seems like EVERY TIME I come to this location they get worse and worse.
Update 2-21. Yet another restaurant jacking up prices due to greed-flation. BLT's went from 2.05 to like 2.45 it's hard to tell as they don't have prices on the receipt anymore .This let's them overcharge and keep you in the dark about it.
So once again another wonderfully terrible experience here. This time when I placed a mobile order I did it right so I wouldn't get yelled at. I went through the drive-thru line ordered my blt's and paid for them. Then after I received those I then proceeded to pull around to the window for mobile orders and delivery. Where I sat there for 8 minutes while several employees looked at me sitting there. One young kid was on his phone so much that I was getting a little upset. Instead of checking his text or game or whatever he was doing he could have simply open the window and said what order are you picking up. And then when someone finally came over they handed me the bag that was sitting next to the window for that entire time so not only did I get poor service again now I have cold food. My order: pick 2 doubles I chose a Deep Sea Double and a Double Checkerburger w/cheese and no pickles, also a 4pc mozzarella sticks.
What I got was a SINGLE crispy fish sandwich and a spicy double chicken sandwich with my 4pc sticks. The ticket was rung up as Double Checkerburger w/cheese and a spicy double chicken sandwich, but there was no burger in sight.
When I ate the single fish sandwich, I assumed I was rung up wrongly for the pick two single sandwiches and I expected a single checker burger with cheese. Instead I discovered the double spicy chicken.
Upon returning to the restaurant I was told I could not get a refund because I had consumed the entire other sandwich and they cannot confirm if I receive the right one or not. I'm not sure if this particular location has a problem with people trying to cheat them out of food or money, but this is not how you handle a customer that has a problem and a complaint. I do not like chicken sandwiches nor would I ever order a chicken sandwich so why would I return with that entire sandwich to the store saying my order was wrong?
I decided to instead have them remake all of the food in the entire order for free just to cost the restaurant product. Even though I am way too full already to consume all of the extra food and will probably throw away the extra chicken sandwich and the new double fish sandwich I got.

He said "yep, pull thru" and I received the correct food but with a ton of ketchup, no mustard and plain fries upside down in the bag. We went back around and he was very nice but when we pulled off, I looked again and they kept the ketchup and just added mustard and gave me chili cheese fries instead. No big deal but the restaurant was super dirty, he had his huge beats by dre headphones on and had to ask me twice what I said -like dude, take your headphones off! They were in their street clothes and honestly just hanging out. That is a horrible horrible place now. It's super disappointing because it was never like that. You know it's bad when you say to the car "do you want to go to checkers?" And everyone makes a face. LITERALLY. Whoever is in charge of the hiring, please set some standards. Ask the right questions, set expectations and create a requirement section on the application and set the bar a little higher.
