The Black Bean Chalupa from the Veggie Delight(?) Menu was exactly what I had anticipated... ¡Deliciosa!
My friend and I had decided to dine-in. We ordered at the kiosk and he recorded his name on the kiosk for staff to know whose name to call when our order was complete. My friend chose a seat at a booth in the clean dining area while I used the clean, stocked, women's restroom. When I was finished using the women's restroom I took a seat with my friend at our booth in the dining area. Not too long after I had sat down his named was called to retrieve our drink cups. We then each went to fill our empty, refillable drink cups that my friend had purchased. I had ordered a small diet Pepsi. My friend ordered a large Baja Blast. Due to the fact that the dining soda fountain Diet Pepsi Syrup needed to be refilled, I decided to substitute my small Diet Pepsi for Gatorade (red?) and I also chose to alert the staff (who must have been focused on prioritizing the drive-thru) of the need to refill the Diet Pepsi Syrup (it should have been obvious that I was referring to the Diet Pepsi Syrup in the dining area fountain machine as I was not in uniform, am not employed by Taco Bell, and even the cameras do show that I did not go into any employee areas of this Taco Bell on Leonard Ave NE just east of Diamond Ave, in Grand Rapids, MI on the south side of Leonard Ave. It took quite awhile for us to receive the food that my friend had ordered for us but the young female manager who had been running the drive-thru came to our booth after running someone else's order out to their vehicle and asked for the name on our order. She then went back to being the manager that she is more than qualified to be as we waited for her staff to follow her directions. We are, we left our area clean, we threw away our trash, I refilled my red Gatorade, my friend used the men's restroom, and we left. We left. Not without my having noticed a number of men and women wearing Taco Bell uniforms exiting the women's restroom including a young blonde woman who I don't think had a uniform shirt on who then sat in the dining room at a high top with some other people while the manager continued to maintain her composure at the drive-thru as the only policy compliant employee on staff as scheduled and/or as a uniform representing staff member of Taco Bell. The only reason your manager isn't receiving five stars is because she is in charge of managing her very disrespectful staff and that includes the EXTREMELY disrespectful blonde girl in the black shirt with an illegible white logo who took the party to the women's restroom and then probably destroyed the clean, neat, tidy, organized atmosphere that her HIGHLY SKILLED AND DETERMINED MANAGER is being shorted one star for.

Read moreis typical in a major corporation I think basically what I'm saying. is a stretching the meat too far by adding too much water in there that should have each one of the workers either have a free meal or three free meals there so they can know morning noon and late-night what the meat and weather consists of tasting and if they tell people.. . order employees to be truthful, it'll make the company a lot better to visit when you come to the door to Green should be a little bit lower than the high strong how can I help you now or does that another just another artist to another not waiting in the hell you knew what I wanted me to come to the door but you can change the whole mind you know what what do you want to do you want me to tell you what I want or tell you what you want me to tell you tell you...... don't be agreed around in all said how can I help you or what can I get for you today and take your time and we appreciate your business and then bam the tastebuds to come back make it okay. two of these and two of them I can make my mind but I wouldn't mind spending money for something I'm willing to tryI would not mind coming back over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again and bringing some friends and recommend here that establishment here on this street.... they are on guard for people that looking to have an enjoyment feast at although the feast might be a low-budget but it'll be a nice place to come to and knowing they wait a min I can look at the menu and make my mind up... sound like I'm rattling on but I'm not in the real is not have it your way.. can a service make it so that makes me want to come back over and over not telling me how good things are what's best for me but saying yeah okay try this and try that if you don't have to wait a week and we're more than happy to change it for something else... or give me, a voucher. or money back............ sound like I'm rattling on but the truth...
Read more9-3-25 I don't know HOW this taco bell keeps doing its best to exceed how terrible it did on the last visit. Simple order 2 chili cheese burritos and 2 lux box's. Which apparently DON'T come in boxes anymore as everything was thrown in one big bag and nothing was labeled properly. So I had to open all the burritos to figure out which was which. First the Chili cheese burritos were a joke. They were tiny with almost zero filling or cheese wrapped up in that tortilla. Just see the pics. Both were about as long as my middle finger (which I'd happily give this franchise) and as wide as 2 fingers. Both the tacos soft and hard were put on the bottom of the pile and smashed flat. Again with almost no toppings. The chips for chips and cheese are almost always just crumbs now. Only had 3 "chips" in the whole bag rest were crumbs. The 5 layers were folded terrible so it was a different topping in each bite instead of a mix of all 5. The supreme steak chalupa was the only thing with a bunch of toppings but that was probably to hide the fact it only has 6 small pieces of steak. All in all EVERY time we decide to eat at any Taco bell not just this location the prices have gone up and portions and quality have gone WAY down. But this location does it's absolute best to make your every visit an experience....a terrible one.
This is literally the WORST Taco Bell in the city. The lack of professionalism by the staff is obviously learned from the management. Especially if you are an online order. No hair nets, unprofessional music, rude staff, rude managers, 10-15 minute wait times for simple orders when they're aren't any other customers. And that jumps to 20-30 minutes if their are people in the drive thru, and the food always looks unappetizing. Definitely avoid this location if at all...
