I've unfortunately only had the ability to order from this specific dominos at work or at my home. This is the third time in a row that I've ordered from them and the wait is obscene. The first time I was ordering from a location barely 5 minutes away and it took 50 minutes to get my food. During that order, the tracker never advanced beyond the prep stage and 40-50 minutes later I get a call from a completely clueless girl. I literally couldn't explain any easier how to find my work and she had no idea what she was doing. I still tipped her because I've been a food service worker since I was 18.
Second time, from my work yet again, I order hoping the first time was a fluke and they were just busy. Same horrible wait time. At one point it reaches the 'delivered' stage and it was definitely not delivered. I call them to be answered by a severely annoyed girl saying they just left and will be there soon. I get the food delivered another ten minutes later.
And finally we come to today's order. This was the worst of them all. I wait an hour to see the tracker updated to 'Delivered'. This was an order of two pizzas with two toppings. We live not even ten minutes away. So we call only to be hung up on. We call back. She says it'll be another half an hour. An HOUR AND A HALF WAIT. For TWO large pizzas. It's not like we ordered 10 pizzas for a huge party. This was for 3 people. So now, I'm still sitting here, waiting for my food to arrive. Unbelievable. Do not ever order here. I'm serious. This is the absolute worst customer service I've had in my entire life. Since I've been a waitress and a bartender I am able to be incredibly lenient. I'm very productive and every moment of my time is very important. Naturally when I saw the Pin Point delivery app I was elated. I was in my bosses Bentley when I ordered. He was dropping me at the gas station on Madison. I indicated all of this within the app. We waited in the vehicle for 20 min. He had to drop me to get home. I ordered the Pizza 1 hour prior to closing. I waited at the Gas station a half hour after closing as the app said the driver had left to deliver my pizza. I never received a pizza. I will never use this service again without some type of Guarantee. They took money out of my checking quicker than you can sneeze, however they have yet to refund my order. I called. I filed a report online via the complaint form. I have contested the $12 through my banking app as well. We all know how long that can take. Just be careful when using their services. Pick a store in a good area with low crime. Sad to have to say this. Courdinate with a human at the store and don't assume an app has your best intentions at hand. Convenience is wonderfully bitter sweet. We pay more yes, we also have food delivered to our laps. As a whole our society has become lazy when it comes to oversight and making sure the receipt matches the app deduction. I myself have missed things. I didn't miss this though as I left on foot with PAIN in my stomach. Penniless and hungry I retired to my humble abode. A tent with few amenities. However I'm Grateful for everything I have. Read moreWhen I order food late at night I don’t expect it to be the best in the world. I love wings and am very particular about them. Dominos does a great job baking there wings and their kicker sauce tickles my taste buds....however when I ask for plain wings, sauce on the side and no ranch and get sauced wings (and not even the right sauce) ranch (and not even in the quantity I paid for) it is quite frustrating. To top it off dominos has an instructions section which I usually put “call or ring doorbell, please do not knock”. My dogs go nuts if people knock late at night is the reasoning. Yet here I am waiting for my food only to be greeted with what.. a knock at the door and dogs waking the neighbors...why? Because they can’t read the instructions (that I doubled checked on the receipt). When I call to inform the establishment of these reoccurring issues (let’s be clear I specifically stated I wanted nothing free) I’m met with indifference and sarcasm. I am truly disappointed in the service at this dominos.
My fiancé recently ordered from this location. After tracking the order to find out it was completed 50 minutes after her order was placed we decided to call. When I called asking where our order was I was met with excuses and a condescending tone stating I didn’t understand what was going on. Our food came cold and not to order. To be honest we do not ask for much and we will not ask an establishment to remake our food because we understand that things happen but for an establishment to treat us like we don’t matter means they don’t care and think they can get away...
