New York Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Grand Rapids

Division & Franklin -Do not eat here!!!!! I came in friday at 1am its says it open untill 5am. When i called from outside to place My order they told me they could only do delivery basically to make more money because my order came up to $11 they told me my order had to be $15 or more...45 mins later my food came. I ordered philly cheese steak meal, 4 piece whole wing with a Pepsi. Side a rance, side of cheese & ketchup. When i received my food after waiting 45 mins food was cold i had cheese on my fries and a flat pop with melted ice and im less than 5 mins from the location. I called and said i would like a refund and the reasons why, the guy on the phone asked if i ate the food i answerd no which i didnt besides taste it. He told me to bring it back .once i got there he opened my bag and went threw it in front of everyone and said you bit the philly cheese steak i can't give you a refund nevermind the small bite (literally small bite) but everything else was untouched including the flat pop he continued to make a scene causing attention to a crowd which was now open 45 mins after i tried to order inside.he eventually gives me half my money back $10 when i should've be refunded all $21.50 being i had to bring the food back when i had to pay delivery fees. I used to love this place but it's changed imo Paying thru Menuify with BITCOIN was harder than it should be. NYFC Owners need to turn on the option for BitPay in their Menuify settings, so people paying with Bitcoin can do it easily and not need to jump thru hoops.

Food was ready fast. Man was semi nice. Cod was excellent. Fries tasted under-cooked and I couldn't eat more than a couple. Mac & Cheese was excellent, how I remember it, though the portion had been cut in half, I'll blame Biden for that, not NYFC. Cole slaw needed more sauce stuff (idk what it's called lol mayo? idk) it was very watery, maybe it got warmer than supposed to be when I got it, but it was only eaten like 5 minutes after walking out with it.

I don't know what's going on with the napkins, they are very high quality. Large and super soft. You'll wipe your face and be whisked away to a world of clouds.. lol I see you care about soft napkins.. can you please care about easy payment in Bitcoin and fully cooked fries too? lol. Willing to update review. I see under-cooked fries seems to be a theme in the reviews too... fry those suckers!! Maybe in New York they like under-cooked...

I spent $56 on chicken wings at 12 piece and a chicken sandwich and the wings are completely small and the bun for the chicken sandwich is huge. Meanwhile, you get a little piece of chicken with a sliver of tomato. I asked the guy how long the wait would be and he looked at me I’m completely ignored me and act like he didn’t hear what I had to say. The service is poor. The food is trash, not to mention when the guy was giving me my food at the counter. He looked right at the cooler at the desserts, knowing that I purchased two banana puddings and then handed me my food and tried to tell me have a good night, knowing that I purchased them desserts and I told him he owes me two banana puddings and he looked shocked like “oh yeah” which then I replied, he knew he owed me two banana puddings and he had nothing to say the dude is a straight scam artist the food is trash. The customer service is poor not to mention they are straight and rip off almost $60 I could’ve chopped my own potatoes and hunted my own chicken. This place is pathetic.
