Stopped at here this morning on my way to do some work at DHS office down the street. When I placed my order, I very specifically stated, slowly, Bacon and Cheese no croissant. Then, for extra emphasis, I then stated "No egg, only bacon and cheese". I got through the drive thru quickly then headed over to the DHS office. I hungerly opened up my wrapper and saw loads of egg on the croissant, and absolutely no cheese. I called them and told them that they didn't give me what I ordered, and they told me the only way I could get it replaced is if I came back today or tomorrow only. I'm only at the DHS office on Wednesdays. So I went back. I then stated again, I wanted the croissant I ordered, bacon and cheese only. There was no car in the drive thru in front of me. I was gestured up to the first window, where I saw the expediter watching the sandwich maker for about 30 seconds. She then gave me the sandwich and quickly walked away. I drove away and pulled out the sandwich. This sandwich had been microwaved for about 6x as long as it should have been. It was so hot and wet that the wrapper was stuck to the croissant and ripped it open when I opened the wrapper. If they did this to the sandwich THEY SCREWED UP ON to begin with. what did they do to the correct one after I called them out on not making it properly? It's not like they were busy.
Needless to say, this sandwich got thrown away because who knows what else they did to it because microwaving it for a ridiculous amount of time. I used to work at Burger King, I know how long they should be microwaved. They definitely should not be coming out like this. The wrong sandwich I received was no where near that hot either, so it was obvious this was deliberate.
If you people hate your job that much, and find it so difficult to make a Bacon and Cheese Croissant, then perhaps you should rethink your job choice. Go work at Goodwill or something.
I've also been doing mystery shopping for 25 years. This was unacceptable. Not that you care, but I definitely will not be back. I will be glad when this location goes out of business because of how they treat customers and no one goes...

She hung up the phone when we called and asked for the manager which was her and who’s over her she stated Dawn. We asked how to get in contact with Dawn she hung up the phone. Read moreI drove to 3 Burger Kings. This one included so just call me disappointed. I pulled up at 12 34 am on Wednesday- Thrusday with order ready, coupons in my hand and the lady working the drive through told me they were closed. To add insult to injury, she told me they closed since 12. Now I know pretty well that there wasn't 30 minutes worth of orders in the line because there was only one car ahead of me. For two those cars couldn't have been there since 11 45 or just before 12am. I left without food I was set on getting , following Google's set hours of the place. I'm an placing an edit that may get approved to say that they do not follow their hours posted. Two burger kings told me they were closed when the hours said otherwise. The first BK closed at 12am.
