I had a genuinely disappointing experience here and tried to give the business an opportunity to respond privately. Unfortunately, instead of addressing my concerns, they doubled down, denied my experience, and deleted my public comments. When I reposted, they accused me of harassment.

I ordered a chocolate shake made with chocolate hard serve. I was told they’ve never made shakes with hard serve… which simply isn’t true, as I’ve ordered it before and it was made that way in the past. I said as much and they said I couldn’t have had it there. But I did. Last time was less than a month ago and whoever made it, did it right. I decided to settle for a chocolate shake with chocolate soft serve. I didn’t really want to leave empty handed in spite of my upset and after waiting in the long line. What I received was overloaded with syrup to the point of being inedible—it was so overpowering I threw it away after one sip.

This isn’t about a single bad shake. It’s about being told I was mistaken when I know I wasn’t, and then being silenced for speaking up. I won’t be returning, and I hope this business reflects on how they handle feedback in the future.

I’ve been a neighborhood regular for years, but after today, I won’t be coming back. Two stars only because I have some decent memories of actually getting a good shake here...

I would usually give frosty boy a 5 star review because I love the ice cream and the service there they are mostly great I usually love my experience. But yesterday around probably 7:00pm I went there to order me and my significant other some ice cream, I had waited patiently in line just like everyone else but once I got up to the window to order I had noticed the employee had some sort of an attitude in her voice so it made me uneasy and once I recited my order she had gotten very frustrated with me because I had worded my order wrong so she very aggressively recited my order to me exactly what I want so instead of giving me an attitude and being rude about it why didn't she just write down what she knew I wanted. After I had concluded my order I heard one of her co worker ask if she wanted to go home and she very loudly yelled yes. Once I had gotten my order I had asked the co workers what her name was they told me it was Elissa im not sure if its spelled Alyssa or Elissa She had Blonde hair and black glasses frame but please discipline her about right customer service because I olmost don't want to come back to frosty boy from how much Alyssa or Elissa soiled...
