Worst Subway for at least 100 miles. Today I came in for an e-order and it missed several ingredients including bacon on a Chicken Bacon Ranch. When I arrived both employees were on a smoke break. There was one person ahead of me who ordered 7 subs and the other employee left the trainee to handle it on her own with a line of people. When I advised I was given the wrong order and would like a replacement she just said her manager wasn't here. When she got her colleague in back, her colleague said her manager wasn't in and that the trainee made it, walking away. The trainee after arguing made the sandwich correctly almost forgetting to put on bacon again until I reminded her. When she finished she said "You know I'm pretty sure I put all those things on it." I said "Oh really?" and I pulled out the sandwich I had just picked up, not believing she still wanted to argue about it. "Let's go down the list then, show mean the bacon", opening up the sandwich. She finally stopped arguing at that point. Attached is the photo. I visited here twice before when visiting and it was horrible service. Read moreI ordered my food through the Subway App for delivery. The Subway App uses Door Dash for their deliveries. The driver grabbed the wrong order and contacted their customer support and the driver was told that I needed to contact Subway directly to have the issue resolved and that the driver should mark the order as delivered (INSANE!) even though they delivered nothing and didn't contact me at all. I called the driver multiple times with no response, I messaged him and he responded with a screenshot of his messages with customer support. Door Dash then called me and told me I needed to go directly to the Subway it was ordered from (because it was ordered in the Subway App and not through Door Dash) and that they would refund me there. I called Subway multiple times and nobody picked up the phone. I then drove to Subway when I was able to find time to leave my job and the workers told me they couldn't refund me. They offered me my old, cold food that had been sitting there for 2 hours (which is unacceptable). So I paid for delivery with a driver tip (because you're forced to tip beforehand) and had to drive to Subway myself. Ordered ahead and came in to grab it only to find Not only had it NOT been started but the person who walked in the door as I pulled in the parking lot ORDERED, HAD HIS SUB MADE, PAID AND LEFT while I stood there waiting. And today it was because they were busy or under staffed. There were 4 staff working. And the gentleman who received his order before me was the only other customer.
Update 3-22: Came in to pick up my to go orders. There was only 1 person making orders..Took her 11 minutes to make the 2 subs for the order before mine. While she was working alone the other staff member was worried about the slicer. Forget the customer much more important to ignore them and not help the other person until the received orders were caught up.
I used to like this location. But ever since the ownership changed here it's gone down hill.
Today I ordered 2 subs online. They ignored my request for subs to be cut into 4. And only included 4 napkins even though I asked for extra. And the subs were poorly built. I ordered the Titan turkey for myself. What I got was not very appealing looking as shown in the pictures. No cheese, hardly any toppings even though I asked for extra tomatoes, no green peppers that I requested.
It's a shame that they tried so hard to make their brand better and you get these poorly put...
