The management of this store is incapable of correcting orders that are misplaced.
My pregnant wife ordered lunch for my family and when I went to pick it up found it it had been placed at the location closest to Woodland.
We were lied to repeatedly by the management here about the ability to fix the mistake that was made. The app was supposed to have the ability for us to cancel and transfer the order but because the other manager had already processed the order through there wasn’t anything we could do. We were told this processing of the order was incorrect. We were told the inability for him to cancel/refund was incorrect. After over a half hour trying to figure out what we can do… The incredible lady at 28th and Burlingame was so disappointed in the other management that she paid for our order.
When getting this resolved the manager for the woodland location decided it was fitting to say “it’s only a $18 order what am I supposed to do. Forget this lady I’m not dealing with this.”
I literally can’t eat this food I’m so disgusted. My pregnant wife clicked to order from the right location on Google. Your stupid app couldn’t pull up the closes location and you’re going to call it a “you problem” for the customer to deal with.
This is their management. I recommend avoiding this Taco Bell ad all costs. They do not value...
Read moreJust came through to order my usual on a quick lunch break from work, which is an unfortunately bland fresco bean burrito because of various food allergies. When repeating the order back to me, the worker on the drive thru headset stated “so you want a burrito with just beans, onions and tomatoes?” I simply stated “yes.” He told me to pull forward as he continued laughing. Once I got up to the window to pay, the same worker took my money, still laughing, while I could hear other employees joking from the back specifically about my order.
Honestly, it was a dehumanizing moment I have yet to experience at any other Taco Bell location in my years of eating the same (unfortunately bland) order as it’s one of the only things I can eat from any fast food restaurant. Next time, please remember to put yourselves in the shoes of other people and show some compassion. Or crack jokes where the customer can’t hear you. Food allergies have taken a large enough toll on my life already, I don’t need to feel belittled for trying to grab...
Read moreFairly standard Taco Bell chain. They did forget about half of our food order though, proving that it is always a good idea to check your order before leaving! I had initially gone through the drive through, and went inside once I discovered their mistake. They didn't give me any trouble about fulfilling the rest of the purchase, but were also not at all apologetic. They also have some new kiosks that they are wanting everyone who orders inside to order on, with no signage to indicate that they will no longer take orders at the cash register. The staff was also doing a terrible job of explaining this to the customers. On top of the terrible implementation, this seems like a terrible time to implement it. Adding an even higher touch point than a credit card machine during Covid? Not to mention that the kiosks are immediately next to eachother, with no divider between them. I'm sure some of the kiosk issue is due to corporate/higher ups, but the terrible customer service and communication, that's enough to...
