Okay… here goes. I usually never leave bad reviews for places but this time it’s just not too pleasant. First of all, tips are already automatically marked at 15% for just making the bubble tea and grabbing the donuts from the shelf??!! Secondly, last visit I got a 6 pack donuts, they put it nicely in a box. This time with just one donut, they put it on 2 pieces of napkins and not even any package or a bag to put in?? However, on my second visit, I received the wrong order.
I ordered the full dog with blue Takis but was given the original instead, which also costs less. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I got home, so there wasn’t much I could do.
They also need a better system for ordering and food handoff—the process felt a bit inefficient. It took about 20 minutes for just two corndogs.

Ramen is make your own, wish they would have given the people in our party their bowls first so they could start the process.
