Tacos El Primo — Restaurant in Grand Rapids

Firstly, my husband ordered went outside to car to wait & went back in to check on food. One of the staff ONLY acknowledged the 2 people standing behind my husband, who was also in linein front. My husband spoke up and said he has been waiting to check on status of our order, she looked at him and continued to try and take other customers order and ignored him. If yu can't acknowledged all customers, of all ethnicities (my husband even spoke spanish) then your in the wrong business. Secondly, we order beans on the side of rice & plain tacos. Food is good overall. Service is inconsistent. They pick up the phone only about half the time for take out orders. The clerk up front who is the owner is all over the place. He gets stressed out when he gets busy and comes across as rude. I stopped coming here because of this and recently came back just to find out it’s till the same poor service. Literally sitting outside the restaurant, when I asked for more of the cabbage the host at the counter was rude and replied that I already asked for a plate and two forks things are extra! I ordered 4 which I didn't mind paying for extra but 2 dollars for a bag like that come on now. At the end of the day I didn't care he is just very rude to his customers.
