Today's experience was the final straw that broke the camels back....I have previously experienced poor service before but the food has always been delicious so I tried to overlook the terrible wait staff. But the ordeal started early 7/27/17 with the phone line being down so I wanted to put in an order for a pick up early the next day. I drove there placed an order with one of the young ladies working at 8:30p on July 27, 2017 she was not attentive at all as I was placing my order she yelled back to a person in the kitchen "watch my food" and proceeded to finishing my writing order and I confirmed will this be ready for pick up by 10:15am because I need this order for work and the young lady said yes. Well this morning I attempted to call and of course the phone line was down and when I arrived today at 10:20am no order was made nor was there any knowledge of this order and I was fired up and I asked to speak to the manager and the lady working said I am the manager and when I explained my experience she wasn't a bit empatitic. Food here was pretty good, area is a little tight but their beans were not good at all. I didn’t enjoy their beans & rice with their Tuesday special. Tacos & Gordita was yummy, however their package presentation is ridiculous. They wrapped our tacos, tostada, Gordita, tamale 🫔, peppers 🫑 & onions 🧅 , EVERYTHING in aluminum foil. This place has the best tacos ever! I usually go pretty simple just asada, and cheese. I get the red, and green sauce, and limes on the side. The taco with the red, and green sauce, with a fresh squeezed lime are absolutely heaven. The tortilla is soft, and amazing, and the entire taco experience is just incredible. I would highly recommend this place for amazing authentic Mexican. I can't wait to try more items...
