Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Grandview

We arrived tonight an hour before they even close, they told me they were out of our food that we wanted to get, which would have been understandable. But in that time we watched as 10 other cars pulled up and were turned away as well. So seeing that was strange, I put in a mobile order to test out if our food was really in fact out of stock, and they delivered our food at the stall, even though they just told me otherwise. Absolutely ridiculous. Lying to customers and acted completely disrespectful when caught in the act. I watched as another car got into with one of their employees as well. Just unnecessary chaos with undeserving customers all for the sake of laziness and irresponsibility. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant, and just goes to show the lack of leadership this location has in place. Behaviors like this will inevitably be the reason this location won’t last. This closing staff deserve...

Fries were sent back Grilled cheese was rubbery

They forgot my part of the order Mind you we waited 45 minutes at that point I got the fries back they were hot then I got my burrito it had so much salt I could not eat it I did not ask for extra salt however I usually put 3 salt packs on their burritos This one tasted like a salt shaker rapped up in a torltia .

I called them after I left after to ask them if they had any ideas about how to get the overbearing taste of salt out of my mouth & I was told you should eat some ice cream ....not even apologies

Just a smart mouth answer I've been going their off & on for 20 years some times it was good sometimes bad The place has really gone down hill over the last 6 mos ...I will not be going back to that location if I need some sonic in my life it will NO longer be this location ...just one to Manny bad visits ...

So I placed an order for a jr double and a DP about 2 weeks ago, when I got my burger the bun was hard and the meat was old, drive thru attendant didn’t give me my receipt of course but I called back as soon as I pulled off as work only allows a 30 min lunch so I had no time to go right back spoke to a woman that day said she took my name come get replaced. I call today to verify there is a new GM Shelly a man, told him what was going on he was happy to replace, but even though it was made fresh it is full of mustard and grease and a pinkish color, blood from the Pattie’s I’ve worked at sonic almost 20 years so I am well aware what it is I tried to eat but the 2nd bite I just couldn’t stomach any longer. I hate to do this but this is not acceptable you can make someone very sick....
