I had a very horrible experience at Panda Express and I like to tell you about it so it doesn't happen to you! When I entered Panda Express I already knew what I wanted which was the two main plate. The other item they were out of which was the teriyaki chicken, and they told me, while I was waiting in line, they're making a fresh batch which is going to take about 15 minutes, but it actually took 30 minutes. So as I was waiting in line they were filling a whole bunch of online orders in which they ran out of the chicken again. I asked the server why they filled all of those online orders with chicken teriyaki when I'm standing in line waiting, and was told it would take another 15 minutes for new chicken teriyaki to come out and I've been waiting for 30 minutes already. I told them that it doesn't take 15 minutes to cook chicken breast when I already had to wait 30 minutes for the original batch that I never got. So I left without any orders and called Panda Express corporate headquarters over several days leaving multiple messages on their voice mail. Someone eventually called me and they were not even compassionate at all and basically told me thank you for calling. See big corporate businesses think that they'll outlast everyone and they really don't care about their customer service cuz they think they're going to be in business forever and that's why businesses close, not because of their food it's because of their customer service mostly. You as a customer to Panda Express is just another number of somebody who's waiting in line and for them to collect your hard-earned money without making sure they provide 'knock your socks off customer service'. I'm going to keep leaving horrible post for Panda Express until they make it right, because I'm still obviously telling a whole bunch of people about it and everybody knew I was waiting for 30 minutes for chicken teriyaki and they filled a whole bunch of online orders and they ran out of chicken again and then they had to make a new batch and told me I would wait, which if you do the math that's an...
Read moreI don’t like to do bad reviews based on one visit because bad days happen and maybe I just happened to come during one. However, I had a terrible visit the first time I went. I ordered online and was given an estimate of when my order would be ready, I even sat in my car and waited a few extra minutes before going in. This was my first time visiting and it was during COVID restrictions. There were ZERO signs helping customers figure out where to go to order and/pickup their order. Once I figured it out my order was not ready (at least 10 minutes after my given time) but they were taking walk up orders and you better believe every single one of those was ready before my online order was even started. I was the only person left in the store before someone acknowledged me and asked for my name (unpleasantly I might add) I finally got my order about 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. In addition, there were at least 4 employees NOT wearing masks even though it was mandated that they needed to be.
I decided to give this location another try a few weeks later just to see if I caught then on a bad day. I had the exact same experience. Almost like it was on repeat except there was a little bit more signage. I still was not acknowledged until I’d been there for a while (and it was still unpleasant when I was), I still had to wait at least 10 minutes over my time, they still prioritized the walk in customers and there was still a COOK not wearing his mask.
If I wanted to stand in the store for an extended period I wouldn’t have ordered ahead. Based on my experiences I will NOT be returning to this location.
With that said, the food is good so I will give another location a try before I dismiss the company altogether but I very much do not recommend the...
Read moreI don’t usually leave bad reviews or reviews at all but the staff member and customer service at this place tonight really bothered me. Visited tonight at 820 pm to pick up late dinner. 3 Staff stood talking at the counter in front of me for 5 minutes before anyone greeted me to take my order. I didnt say anything just looked to see my options. I saw the orange chicken was out so i asked how long of a wait it would be. 10 minutes they answered and I agreed to wait. Then I asked how long the fried rice (which was also out completely) would be. The staff member said they were “only making it for online orders right now” but i could “wait to see if there was some left over.” Left over? There was still 40 minutes until close. But i had to wait for the chicken anyway so i asked how long it would be until they could tell me if i could have some of the rice. She said, “until the online orders are made.” I asked again, how long, because I figured she must not have understood the question. She again repeated “until the online orders are made.” Confused by her unprovoked rudeness, i looked at the staff next to her, who said about 12-15 minutes. I said okay and waited. I didnt end up waiting more than 5 minutes, so that was a plus, but they still didnt let me order all 3 of my entree choices as orange chicken, because “there wouldn’t be enough.” I promise i am not a rude person and never once said or did anything to cause the staff to have a bad attitude towards me. Even though i like the food, i wont be returning to this location. Staff need to understand how to treat customers....
