Potbelly — Restaurant in Grandville

Got the Cubano sandwich, paid for my order and went to sit down and wait for my sandwich. Never came, waited about 15 minutes, then went up to the counter to inquire about said sandwich. They "lost" it apparently. 5 workers behind the counter...milling about like lost children in a supermarket ... I was the only one waiting on an in house order. Looked like a couple of online orders were on the counter. I was told they would remake my sandwich. But I saw they just pulled it out of one of the Togo orders. It was cold when I got it. They refunded the sandwich, but I wasn't really satisfied with...

My boyfriend and I had never had Potbelly before, and yesterday was the first time. The food was great, but the customer service.. not so much. After we paid, we got our drink cups and received my sandwich but not my boyfriends yet. We were about to walk over to fill up our drinks when one of the employees said “Toppings are over here” in a rude tone (mind you this was our first time in and assumed that the sandwich he ordered came with the ingredients that were on the menu lol). This location is always very friendly, clean and fast. We also love that we are able to get lots of great coupons through email.

For those who are in wheelchairs or use mobility aids they have lots of accessible seating. Also, the bathrooms are big enough to easily navigate and they are single person. The only issue can be when ordering in person since their counters are so tall, but if you place the order on your phone the shelf that they use for the pickup orders is fairly easy to reach.
