They scammed me of 50 dollars and gave me false info they would not give me a refund and said doordash was to blame so I contacted them and they said it was the opposite, we went back and forth for hours and she was extremly rude and not understanding I gave her a ton of proof etc yet she blamed the fact that it was 3 days after the order was made that I cannot get a refund even though we called them and asked for them to give us a call the next morning so we gave them our phone number etc and they didnt call so I went in person and the manager said the lady on the phone didnt inform her of the problem or give her our phone number etc, and I provided pictures call history I even told her the subway policy on refunds, which is that the subway store is responsible for refunds and not the subway app and i told her this yet she kept saying door dash is responsible for refunds which is true because I contacted them right away and they tried calling them and theh didnt pick up and they said that it was actually subway that is responsible, note this is a 50 dollar order and the reason for the refund is that they didnt have one of my 3 sandwiches and they didnt have the cookies I ordered either so I tried to cancel the order but there is no cancel button on the subway app that is when we called them and they said they cant cancel it on their end either, so i waited it out and it cancled automatically after a while but the money was still gone and subway policy states it is the store that is responsible for refunfs yet the manager that apparently worked at multiple subways and works everyday didnt know that just like how she didnt know doordash isnt responsible for refunds either, she said the only things on the 50 dollar order was the cookies, there is still a ton of info but I already made this long enough, the manager isnt a good person but the other staff seem friendly , I wish I could get my money back but it seems like I...
Read morecould give this place a negative star, I would. The staff are rude and lazy. The girl, Kayla, rolled her eyes when my brother and I walked in. She mumbled under her breath when I told her it would be a total of 4 sandwiches. She then told my brother that she couldn't make the sub he wanted. Uh, a pepperoni, cheese and meatball sauce. She kept telling her co-worker that they weren't suppose to be busy. Well the girl made a sub wrong so we asked it to be taken off. She didn't bother to look if the right sub was the one to be removed. That was my bad because I trusted her to have common sense. My brother called and told her we couldnt come in to fix it but if be in the next day. I work in Flint so I went after I got home. I walk in and the assistant manager immediately tells me "there's nothing to do because needed to come in last night" I asked if she could just make a sub. To which she said "I will get in trouble for doing that" she and her area manager will fire her. Yes, because an area manager would be at every store all day to look at a camera that shows and heard everybody. And said I was at fault. So I asked for the area Manager number.
