Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Granite City

The store is filthy, all workers ignoring customers. Husband and i counted 8 people walk out because they weren't being served. And cashier on her phone ignoring them, she won't answer the businesses phone. Playing and laughing about with each other while we waited 1 hour for a "10-15 minute" estimated period. Two other workers were walking around with their thumbs up their a*@$÷@. Ordered 1 classic cheese, 1 classic pep, and 1 extra most bestest pep. The two pepperoni pizzas had the exact same amount of pepperoni on them and the slicing was carefree on all of them. I will not be spending anymore time or money here. Couldve just went to pizza hut and had better food for the same price. I only put one star...

I pre-paid for my order to be picked up at 8:30. After receiving a notice that my order was done, I went to the store to pick up. I entered my code and was greated with a empty box. Told the cashier. She said " I guess your order somehow got lost. I't is almost done." So I decided to wait, I mean it is almost done right? Come to find out it wasn't almost done. They just put it in the oven AFTER I got there. Cashier lied to me. Will not be returning. I'll pay a dollar more for Dominos. Funny thing is the app has no way to review your order experience....

I just wanted to give a shout out to the guy that is working the counter 7-11-25 around 6 pm. I made an online order and it was taking a little longer than expected due to the dinner rush and the lobby was packed pretty full a couple people seemed irritated and this young man handled everything so well. He checked with every single person in there got their names and food orders and gave them updates on where their food process was. He handled everything so well and perfectly and of course my pizza is always hot and fresh. And of course can’t...
