Frankie's Pizza — Restaurant in Granite Falls

I spent $172 on an order and they had hardly any toppings on my Frankie special 24" pizza ($41.50). I called back and spoke to the same girl I placed the order with ; Crystal. I told her what the issue was and I requested some money back. She replied that they don't do that. I told her I took a picture of the pizza because I knew. The cook told her that he put everything on it. I told her that I would bring the picture to show her. She said "We will remake your pizza with extra toppings" I replied with saying They're already eating the pizza, I have 15 people here and they're hungry, do I need to bring the pizza back? She said "No ma'am". I wait a bit and send my son back up to get the pizza and she hasn't made it, wants to see the picture and then said "we can give you a 16" pizza. I lost it. I called back and nobody answered the phone. So I called from my nephew's phone and Crystal answered on the first ring. She then lied and told me that she said she would see what she could do while on the phone with me. I told her she was lying and trying to tell me things that were never said. She refused to give me her name, but it's on my receipt. This is the worse experience we have ever had here. Usually the good is great and the employees are nice. Tonight they just couldn't get it together. Messed up a $42 pizza, the wings were over cooked and dry. Then having to deal with Crystal being ride and lying and evasive. First of all, visit started of great, we were about halfway through our pizza, (two adults three children) my oldest son started to shake oregano on his slice, and my wife from across table said "what is that" pointed at his pizza, it was a bug crawling on his slice. Well the hostess just so happened to be cleaning off the table behind us my wife grabbed his plate handed it to her and told her what happened, she took it to kitchen, showed to cooks they looked in our direction, then went on about there business, as though nothing happened, so I told my son to go at least get him another plate, he came back we continued to finish our pizza, conversate, and try to make best of. Then when we were done I made my way to bathroom, but in anger asked what was going to be done about all this, the "manager" acted like he didn't have any idea or care about what had happened, and acted like he was to busy to talk to me. When he walked away to handle oven, though two other cooks were standing around doing nothing. I went to bathroom, came back, still same thing. So I asked him what about the slice he lost? He said it was in trash. Ok so I continue with "what are you going to do about it?" He says to me "if you think I'm going to give you a free meal your wrong!" That set me off! I told him I would speak to owner, he said "that's fine I'll talk to him first!" I then walked out! Never to return! This place doesn't even...

First visit to this place to try it. This restaurant is dine in or take out. We dined in and got a slice of pizza because they have pizza by the slice and a salad. Both of which were huge! Had to take the rest of the salad home because it was too much to eat. We just took them home in the Styrofoam containers they made them in. Which I think was a really cheap way to serve a salad. And cheap plastic cutlery that wouldn't cut hot butter! You order at the counter and they call your number when it's ready. No being seated and a server taking your order. You just sit where you want. The food is rather too expensive taking in all I mentioned above. Prices are above what the atmosphere and service is. Had to ask for cups of sauce for the pizza. They hand you a cup (one size only) for your drink and you get your own drink at a drink machine. All this wouldn't be so bad if they didn't charge so much!! It was like almost $40 for me and my boyfriend to eat one slice of pizza and a salad with a drink we made ourselves. Like I said what is the high prices for?
