On my way to work I decided to stop by and grab a bite to eat. I stopped at this location a bit early around 7:50am, September 30th. They opened at 8:00am as they should and we ordered our food. When we were ordering the gentleman that was taking our order was impolite and super short. We are their first customer of the day and we are being treated as if they have 12 out the window waiting and 9 inside. I asked for lettuce and tomato on a sandwich as I just did prior the day before and many times before that. When I asked the gentleman, he said they can't do that as it's a lunch item. Lettuce and tomato is a lunch item. Now this is specific to this location only apparently and only on certain days of the week as I've had this done the day before! I the went to the window to speak to the individual, whom appeared to be the supervisor, over my topping request. They immediately shoot me down stating they cannot and will not do that. I asked why and she said it isn't prepared. Lettuce and tomato isn't prepared..... I've worked in the food industry for many years, 9 to be exact, and when a cust ask for something so simple as lettuce and tomato there shouldn't be a reason to argue. There was nobody there in the parking lot nor the lobby. They had no customers yet still couldn't help me. I was just going to take the loss and eat my sandwich without lettuce and tomato but then the supervisor was extremely disrespectful; to the point where I demanded my money back and went to work without any food at all. She stated, "did I stutter?" "I'm not doing that", and "I've been here and we've never given lettuce and tomato".... In context the words are somewhat disrespectful but not bad but in person this woman's attitude made everyone involved upset and angry. To the point where we don't want to go back to that location. A location mind you that we frequent as it is between work and home. I am extremely disappointed in this interaction where lack of customer service skills of staff has lost this location business they deserve over lettuce and tomato. The motto states, "We don't cut corners". Must also be true about lettuce and tomato. Thank you.

Read moreI went by for breakfast and when I got to the speaker I heard someone say good morning and I said good morning in return. Apparently she couldn’t hear me so she said good morning a second time and again I returned the good morning. Then a third time she says good morning and all she hears is me saying I want a $3 breakfast special and then I hear with an attitude“Oh no good morning, yea we have $3 breakfast deal” so I say hey that’s a rude way to respond and she says “yea right?” So I say I don’t think I will be making any purchases at this location anymore and she responds with “ good “ so I pull up to the window next to car being served and she sees me but avoids opening the window or acknowledging me until she has the next order completed then drops her apron so I can’t see her name and tells me that I’m blocking her drive through and I need to move. I asked repeatedly for her name and she refused to give it to me, so I for her supervisors name and she refuses to give me that as well. Then she pulls her phone out and takes a photo of me and my car and threatens to call the police on me. I told her that she was rude, and that as the face of the company and in a customer service position has no right to speak to customers in that manner. She replies “ you didn’t say good morning “ so I told her that just because she couldn’t hear me doesn’t give her the right to speak to customers in that manner. Mind you I’m recording this whole interaction and if I’m not mistaken she is dressed in management uniform. Anyhow I won’t be returning to this location again. There are plenty of other places more than happy to have...
Read moreSeems from the reviews here it’s a common practice but I feel the need to report it. I realize the person who is waited on me could’ve been the same manager who does not manage stress well. Seems maybe they need to consider a different job if it angers them when someone at the drive thru asks for details from the menu. A special sale that is not clarified on the menu sign but plastered on the windows to get you to stop. I apologized when I got to the window for being a pain and hoped their day wasn’t filled with bad customers. I got an eye roll and a huff. No words. Matter of fact, no words during the entire transaction. But the reason I know they were upset over explaining the advertised special, is because the window was open when the next customer inquired about it and this customer service employee, who works in a restaurant, was asked about menu items. With an, “Omg, if I have to tell this one more time!” To another employee. Huffing and puffing. Obviously put out by being asked to promote your deals and products. Maybe customer service is not a priority to this employee. It should be to the company. It definitely is a priority to the customers. Not even a simple smile or greeting. Only words spoken to me were welcome to Wendy’s what can I get started for ya? And the amount due. I am sure I won’t be missed at Wendy’s. Had it just been old, cold taters , I may have not come on here. But no. Had to toss in some non-professional attitudes and anger for being asked to do a job you accepted. So either walk away from customer service or get a little better at...
