I wish I could rate it lower. First time stopping here. I read the menu before entering. I asked what comes in the fried rice. Especially since they advertise Japanese and Chinese dishes. Not all fried rice is the same. The female behind the counter was rude to the point of being hostile. I ordered the combination hibachi $17.21 OTD. I was told 10 minutes and it was put in the window in 3. I checked my order and there was under cooked chicken with the steak and shrimp swimming in a very watery light brown sauce. The shrimp sauce was smashed into the yellow rice with nothing in the rice. I was told peas, carrots, and onion. The container was a lunch size portion. $16 + tax for second rate food I wouldn't offer to the homeless. I shook my head in disbelief, placed the bag of food on the counter and told them to give it to someone or throw it away. I left over $17 less, and no food. Sorry, I should have taken a pic but I was disgusted and wanted out of there. Fortunately, I will never be back here or recommend this...
Read moreWe ordered beef teriyaki from their online website. It was described as tender beef strips. Needless to say that isn't what we received. As a returning customer for over 10 years , you would think a little respect would have been given. Instead she was blunt and pretty.much refused to fix their error. I am very disappointed with their service and after over 10 years as a customer - I refuse to be taken advantage of by a business that doesn't value me as a loyal customer. First photo is of REEAL BEEF TERIYAKI Second photo is their pathetic ...

My go-to order is sesame chicken with either white rice or vegetable lo mein, plus spring rolls. Sometimes I switch it up with General Tso’s, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and I’ve never had a bad experience or felt unwell afterward.
While we usually order ahead and my sister picks it up, I went in myself recently and was impressed by how warm and friendly the staff were. Even after moving across town, and now living just minutes from another Chinese place, we still make the drive back here every time and will...
