If you have minor health problems, this place could potentially suit your needs. I’ll share my story and you do with it as you please. My Mother was seen routinely by Dr. Johnson. In Jan 2020 my mother had an exam done which revealed a nodule on her Pancreas tail. She was told to follow up in one year for another exam. Fast-forward 10 months. My mother went and seen Dr. Johnson for severe abdominal pain. I wasn’t there, but she reported aggressive verbal abuse by Dr. Johnson due to not being able to keep her mask up because she couldn’t breathe. Had he would of actually cared, he would of noticed on her chart that she had substantial weight loss as well, but he was more concerned about her inability to wear her mask. Now, fast forward 2 weeks where she landed in the hospital for the ongoing pain. She told me on the way she just wanted to die because the pain was so unbearable. While there, they found Pancreatic Cancer that spread to her liver, lungs, intestines and stomach wall. She died 24 days after her diagnosis that was made by an ER doctor. If Dr. Johnson would have done his job, she still would of still died because the cancer was far too advanced but she wouldn’t of spent her last months in the worst pain imaginable feeling alone and helpless. You do as you please but if you love yourself or family, I’d stay far way from...

If you’re looking for the worst office ever, you’re a winner! I’ve been a patient for over 10 years and nothing has improved even slightly. The front desk ladies are forever miserable, rude, loosing information, etc. Moving onto the doctors well Dr. Johnson is the head Doctor here, he does not have any respect or genuine care for his patients at all. Strictly by the book and unconcerned about each patient’s individual case and needs. The head nurse Becky, if you can EVER get ahold of her will be extremely rude and condescending although she doesn’t answer the phone or call back (years or proof) so you might get lucky and dodge her but you also won’t receive your refills, get any answers, etc. The wait time, well get comfy. Even for the smallest visit of a check up or Med review you WILL be here for 1-2 1/2 hours EVERY time. They rush the patients, fail to follow all proper procedures, skip steps, mislabel or mis-order tests, scripts, medical records etc. The counseling upstairs is also a huge joke, waste of time and money. there’s definitely more that can be discussed and proven but overall they all just want to be paid and keep their medical license. This is Not a place of...

Just received my certified letter dropping me as a patient. The reason listed was verbal abuse. To clarify, this office referred me to an oral surgeon that attempted to work in my mouth without numbing me. I was told i was being referred to this oral surgeon so that I could be put under to undergo the procedure, and that was obviously not the case. The verbal abuse they listed was directed at the staff behind the window, after i attempted to explain what had just happened to me and try to speak with my doctor to figure out what happened and what my next step was. They immediately copped an attitude with me, and became dismissive. They honestly offered me no kind of help at all. They refused to make me an appointment, were rude, and unwilling to offer any kind of help to me at all. I would not recommend this office to anyone that actually needs dental care as the will just refer you out to other people rather than do the work themselves, and when that person they refered you to turns out to be a monster, well thats on you. If i could gives no stars it qould...

The 2 stars are for the comfortable office and the general staff. Now for Dr. Johnson, if I could give him a negative 5 star rating I would. I’ve worked in customer service as both a hairstylist and in restaurants for over 30 years and I would never treat a client or customer so rudely. This was a first time visit for my ex husband. He was there with both his mother and myself. My husband suffered a traumatic brain injury in an auto accident 5 years ago, so he has some cognitive issues. Instead of being calm and understanding that he might have some difficulties understanding and answering questions, he basically screamed at my husband. When his mother intervened, dr. Johnson proceeded to have a full on argument with her. By the way, my mother in law was correct and Dr. Johnson might need a refresher course in not only proper patient care, but brush up on what Medicaid will cover. Yes, Medicaid will cover blood pressure cuffs under certain circumstances and it would have been covered under my husband’s. Added a photo as proof. Dr Johnson, rude and arrogant.
