Taco Bell — Restaurant in Grants Pass

This is one of those situations that you have to rate a 1 so you can submit an experience and/or complaint.. Unfortunately, everything nowadays is run by computers.. nearly impossible to even speak to a human being...

This evening, I stopped in for a quick dinner on my way home.. decided to go inside instead of the drive-thru because I had some questions due to a previous experience here at this location. Anyway.. a young man who was on his break took the time to answer my questions, and I was very appreciative.. However, his co-worker and manager scolded him in front of everyone! He was doing his job! I have never been so disgusted by this unethical behavior and informed the manager and co worker.. that it was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional to scold an employee in front of everyone, how humiliating this young man must feel . .. Shame on them and shame on taco bell for ineffective training with their management staff . Oh to add salt to the wound.. co-worker and manager chose to argue with me instead of being professional.. won't be coming back to this location.. in fact. Won't be going to any taco bell locations and will share this experience with everyone.. Customer service clearly has become the dinosau r of the past. Worst taco bell experience of my life! First of all my girl is 6 months pregnant and was craving taco bell steak (I'm not much for fast food anymore but it was late and pregnant women get what they want cause I'm that kind of guy) anyways we go this taco bell location in drive thru and our 2 dogs are in backseat with back window up so they won't bark at the drive thru attendant they barked 1 time when we pulled up to window I told them to stop and the dogs quit but the attendant did not yes that's correct the drive thru attendant kept barking back at my dogs and said she couldn't stop. The food was cold and order was incorrect including the most important thing! The steak chalupa she wanted and craved was chicken! Ruined this poor mama's night she was crying about the steak. That's just messed up all she wanted was the steak and all taco bell did was screw up the order and bark at our dogs! I will never go to this location again, will go to Terry lane!!! Allen...

At 10:03 7/21/19 I come to this location. I guess the lobby hugecloses at 10:00. I'm in a huge camper and can't go through the drive through. Lorna is very nice and lets me inside. This kid (somehow a manager) starts hollering from the back and comes up and scolds her and Lorna tells him about my camper. He says "I don't care we lock the doors for a reason." Lorna takes my order anyway because she's clearly very awesome. The kid goes back to continue cooking and still is hollering about her letting me in! While he's back there I hear him verbally berating other members of his staff as well. This guy has a very short temper and doesn't have the mindset or temperament of someone in the service industry. Lorna keeps apologizing for him and I tell her it's not her fault it's his. Someone else should be in charge of this store. Even leading a shift seems to be an overwhelming task that stresses him to the point of freaking out and lashing out at...
