I've been here multiple times and normally web order. In the past few times on multiple occasions they would be out of something and it was never updated on the app, which is just inconvenient considering all other locations are updated with their inventory.
This time I web order and my boyfriend brings me out 3 of the 4items. 20 minutes pass and still haven't received my trenta tea. They ask to see the order when my boyfriend asks about it and say they need to see the mobile order (even though they just gave me 3 of the 4 items). The guy says snarkily "Oh, it was for the William d. Tate location but I'll make it anyway. " first of all it was for that location, considering 3 of the 4 items already came out. Second, he asked to see the order but didn't even read it because he made a tall when I ordered a trenta with no sugar or water. I tell him, and he says "yeah, it's right there." Pointing to the tea. I tell him that it was a trenta with no sugar or water. Meanwhile he grabs the tall, dumps it out and starts making the trenta.
I know after waiting that long, and getting that much attitude, this is still the first Starbucks I've ever seen dumping out something that is their mistake, opposed to giving it away humbly. He then overflows the cup with tea, shoves the lid on it and sets it right in front of me dripping down the sides. I don't know this guy's name, but he either hates his job or doesn't know how to leave a bad attitude at the door. My only mistake was not ordering at the William d Tate location, which I will be doing from now on.

Read moreI go to this location because mostly they get my drink correct and have fixed it when they didn’t. However today I went around 4:00 pm and attempted to order my drink.I was the only car in the drive up at the time. Before I could finish the young lady told me she got it and would see me at the window. I stated I wasn’t finish ordering. I continued with my drink modification and she cut me off again before I could order my side. Once completed she tells me she will see me at the window without giving me my total. I wait a bit before she even comes to the window. Takes my card again without giving me my total and hands me my drink card and side at the same time. As I attempted not to drop everything I forgot to ensure I get my receipt. I check my account and it’s significantly less than my regular order. I always get soy milk. Something about that regular milk makes me sick. So here I am and have been since 4:30pm sick. I have a hard early morning workout that I paid for and I’m so sick. My stomach hurts so bad and meds have not helped! I don’t know why they haven’t been giving receipts. And that is a problem for me. This would have given me the ability to prove the drink was incorrectly put in. Maybe some don’t want the receipt but they should still always provide receipts! I want mine every time! I shouldnt have to ask! And if she would have taken the time to let me order my drink it would have been made right and I wouldn’t be in 8...
