Since I'm your new management this place is highly recommended. The food taste different they have a larger menu the staff is extremely friendly they make you feel like they appreciate your business they treat you as if you're their friend. They now have a drive-through window which is extremely convenient because you can order online You can pay online and just drive through and pick it up You're constantly expanding their menu and now they're expanding their business to a new location down the street and they will be having a larger menu sit down dining and they will also be having a buffet which is what we really needed here in Gravette. I order from there more often now and I can't wait to go to the new place Great improvement...

We're semi-frequent patrons to Simple Simon's considering the dining options of the area, so I can flatly say that the customer service is typically lacking. On this particular evening, I sent my teenage daughter to pick up our order considering I'm 9 months pregnant. She called me immediately upon leaving the establishment to tell me that an adult male employee treated her with significant disrespect. She quoted him as saying, "You really screwed me over," and, furthermore, "You SHOULD be sorry." Tried out Simple Simon's in Gravette tonight and it did not disappoint! We ordered two medium pizzas (Pepperoni Pounder & 6 Meat), one original calzone, and garlic cheese breadsticks—and everything was hot, fresh, and seriously tasty. With a family of five (including three hungry teenagers), it's rare we have leftovers... but we did this time! Portions were generous, and the food was super filling. Highly recommend giving them a try—it's recently under new ownership and you can definitely tell in the quality. Great...
