China Gray — Restaurant in Gray

This was our second attempt to try the local Chinese restaurant and they are at the very least consistent. Consistent at making less than average Chinese cuisine. We purchased two orders of their orange chicken and we were only able to eat less than half of one of the orders. It was somehow soggy without any crunch, the chicken was hard (almost enough to crack a tooth), and overall it was missing flavor and masked by lots of sugar. The fried rice was overly greasy and also lacked flavor. The egg roll was ok, nothing special. The Crab Rangoon’s were the only good tasting item otherwise I would’ve left a 1 star review. Sorry folks, you need to “nail” the number one thing most people will order: General’s and Orange chicken. Otherwise it’ll be a no go for us. I’m willing to pay good money for good Chinese food, but this was good money for less than average...

Who knew....we never realized that this establishment existed until somebody told us about it! Of course..I always like to test a Chinese restaurant by their general tso chicken. I wasn't disappointed..the most chicken I've ever encountered at other establishments. The fried rice and the pork were done to perfection. Piping hot,and that tells me that the ingredients in this dish were not sitting around waiting for somebody to order. We also had chicken lo mein..fresh off the grille and hot. Will we go back?? Great food,best rice ive ever had not all mooshy and liquidity like place down street,general tsos is fantastic has plenty of sauce and has the perfect crunch while the place down the street(china village)is soggy and barely uses sauce and has a microwaved texture to it,great people,great price 20-30 bucks feeds the 2 kids,the wife and my self and we are always full,not the best for dinning in so i suggest take out but id rather have good quality food take out than eat in but eat garbage,crab ragoons are great,the only problem with this place is that the food is to good and they give you to big of servings so you eat so much.you get...
