I always have a good experience here but not this evening. I usually order the same thing... blended mocha decaf with oat milk. This time it was horrible. First they didn't put the mocha sauce in the cup. I told her about it and she shrugged it off. Then I noticed my drink was warm and liquid. She told me it was because I got oat milk. Wrong! I ALWAYS get oat milk. It was horrible and I couldn't even hardly drink it. She didn't offer to remake it it. All she said was ... sorry and that was it. I pay $7 for my drink. I wasted money on something I couldn't even drink. All the other girls make it really good and blended with ice well. This one was the worse I ever had there. The coffee drinks I usually get there are really good. I hope management will correct this. I will give it...

a man has just exited the back door with a bag of trash. I'm approaching the drive-thru and I've prematurely rolled my window down. we lock eyes and and in perfect synchrony exchange howdies. I will ride this high all day. the woman at the drive-thru window is chatty in a genuine way. you working early she asks? no, I hurriedly respond before being able to fully process the question. this is obviously a lie because there I am in my work truck wearing my work shirt on my way to work. she doesn't let on and I make mental note that this is a place devoid of judgment especially before 6 on Saturday...

Swung in for a cup of coffee. I always keep my order simple when it comes to coffee because I like the flavor of it alone.

Well, I am a traveler from out of town. I stopped here to get a cup. I ordered a simple Iced coffee with shots of espresso. Then the fantastic ladies behind the drive thru ( I was in an RV, so I walked up) started asking me how I wanted it, lol. I just said surprise me. Well they did. The kept my order simple.

Between the service the 2 ladies gave me and the coffee. I will definitely be back here to get coffee when I return.
