We decided to go dine in at this time as Dairy Queen is our favorite place to get a cheese burger meal and normally our customer service is outstanding and so is the food and the employees level of friendliness. However this time it was far from that it was so horrible I am sorry to say we won't be going back ever. The manager in charge at this time was very pushy and not friendly at all. We don't know her name as she wasn't wearing a name tag and none of the employees were wearing a name tag. The manager was very bossy with her staff and she was impatient with me and I am hard of hearing and the music was so loud in there it was hard for me to hear as there was also other customers dinning in as well. With hearing aids it takes them a bit to adjust when you change your type of environments. So when i get out of the car it adjust to the noise level of the inside of the establishment I am in. The manager acted as tho I was keeping her from doing her job duties and as tho because we were inside and not in the drive thru line we weren't as important. My husband and I also have health issues and we just wanted to have a nice cheeseburger meal and then go home and rest and my husband had a procedure the next day and we didn't want to cook and then clean up. None of the employees wear gloves when they handle food not even the manager. Half of them stand around and act like they have no time for their customers and when you try to get their attention they either ignore you or they have a snotty attitude. The tables were all dirty and they were not that busy there was 2 other tables with people eating drive thru had customers yes; however if they have time to stand around you would think that they would quickly clean the tables inside so their customers can sit at a clean table to eat. One of the girls working there she had 3 stickers on her cheek and she had an attitude when I asked for bbq sauce to go with my order and she didn't tell me I was going to be charged and she just was standing at the register and then she told me "that's 75 cents." That was all the girl said to me she didn't tell me they charge for it or that she was ringing it up. I was asking for 1 bbq sauce for my fries and they had just called out my order number and the tray with our food was still on the counter when I asked her for the sauce. I told her, "oh that's okay I will just use some ketchup." I went to get the ketchup and I got the cups they have for it and I got maybe 2 squirts and that was it. Since the girl behind the counter was so unfriendly to me the first time I wasn't about to ask her about the ketchup. Fries without any type of sauce is just unappetizing so I didn't hardly eat any of the fries I paid for in the meal. My cheese burger had way to much sauce and all I could taste was the ketchup and mustard it was overkill it dripped onto the tray and it's never been that much. It was so bad all I could taste was the sauce. The bun on the outer edge was hard as a rock. Again most of the burger I paid for in a meal I didn't get to eat. My fries I got the large combo and they were in the large box and they were smashed in weren't cooked all the way and cold and very salty. I ordered a large strawberry milkshake in addition to my meal and the cup had milkshake and whip cream all on the outside of it my hands and cup were sticky. My husbands cheese burger was the same overkill of sauce he could only taste the sauce and he too had a hard part that was rock solid of his bun for his burger. His onion rings he asked for a large meal and they gave him the large square box thing but it only had 6 huge onion rings.
We have decided to not ever go back to another dairy queen and especially not this one. This is the first time things went so badly and we were treated so rudely. My husband and I both have worked fast food customer service and we know it gets busy and stressful; however having worked in the industry we expected better like we always have gotten there every time we have gone before. This time was...

Read moreI ordered a number five, which is a burger and fries meal. I also ordered an oreo blizzard. The cashier didn't ask me if it was for eat-in or carry out. I had planned to eat in. When my number was called, it was in a to go bag, and I received only a burger and a blizzard, no fries. The cashier didn't ring it up as a meal, and he did not apologize either. I then had to order fries separately. When I finally sat down to eat, my burger and fries were cold, and my blizzard was melting. I would have asked them to remake everything, but by that time, I was just over it and ready to leave. It was very disappointing. This was in the 10th...
