I went in on May 20, 2021 with high hopes for a new cool spot in Great Falls to go and eat. However, there were some setbacks that could be fixed easily and I hope that the owners or managers see this and are open to a few suggestions.
To get started, the employees were very friendly and competent even though they were all still training and were just as new to the atmosphere as I was. I had no issues with the wait time as we were warned coming in that it was a soft opening and the staff were still being trained. I was surprised though by how it was not too long anyways so big thumbs up to that.
My first issue comes from the weird font size and color on the menu as it was very difficult to get close enough to see all the toppings on items with the crowds in the tightly packed order counter area. This lead to a couple of the people I was with getting a burger that had a topping that was not to their liking (The Steakhouse the unliked topping being steaksauce).
After ordering one of my biggest issues was the lack of larger tables. I saw a couple families split between tables as the the largest tables were only large enough for about 4 people and there were only a few of them, almost all taken. On the contrary there were an abundance of two person tables that were wide open as very few groups coming in were just two. So my suggestion would be limiting the number of two person tables and expanding the amount of 4-6 person tables for a better family environment.
My next issue was the awful condiment placement. There was no place to get ketchup, ranch, or any other condiment outside of asking the employees behind the counter for them. For a burger place it should be a given that condiments are set out where customers can access them easily.
Finally, the food itself had nothing wrong with it, excluding my party’s issues with the burger they ordered and the steak sauce they didn’t know it came with. However, the food was nothing special and could be bought at nearly any other resteraunt in town. I suggest making a twist with the burgers that can’t be found other places. Though we did not have one ourselves, the milkashakes looked very interesting and tasty which you could not get them from anywhere else in town; I will definitely be coming back to try them. I also liked the assortment of french fry baskets you could choose from which is rare in Great Falls.
Overall there are a few tweaks that could be made to round the place out and the burgers themselves are nothing to hoot about. The staff was friendly and helpful and if some tweaks are made then I can see this place being very popular and one of my...
Read moreI love this place the little tucked in spot next to the pharmacy “STREET BURGER” can’t miss their sign at night and inside it comes alive! The atmosphere is very chill all good vibes everyone having a good time to say the least, Their shakes are something you definitely haven’t had before you won’t be disappointed and sometimes there’s an off menu one depending on the holiday/season actually better then quite a few places that are known for doing them I have to admit really good 👍🏻 all the prices are fair and reasonable but the portions size and quality you receive in return of the food is much better and they have a variety of options to choose from and even beyond burger for a plant based option for some so no matter who you are I’m almost certain there’s something there you’ll like for the kids also for a night out with the fam, oh and their salads fries wow loaded enough to share with someone no doubt lol when picking up online orders i kid you not ive basically never waited even if I was there a little early it’s always ready and if not usually just as I’m walking in its handed to me hot and fresh you can see them making it pretty cool too cant ask for more then that honestly 😎 but this place wouldn’t be what it is today or what it will be tomorrow if it wasn’t for the whole team that works there ✅ they are very professional and awesome kind hearted hard working people and do a phenomenal job together and take good care of you your entire eat in experience I can see this place growing to something bigger come the future and I look forward to that, hah now I’m hungry thanks take care!! enjoy everyone who visits! you’ll come back or...
Read moreSo, this food is an extravagance! A once in a while thing. You wouldn't want to do this everyday (or even once a week) or you would literally see your waistline expand before your eyes and feel your heart strain to pump blood. Let me be clear, this food isn't any worse in the fat/salt categories than any other joint. We just rarely eat this type of food for the sake of our health.
I gotta say, people who complained the burgers were small must be very 'impressive' eaters! These are the biggest sliders I've ever seen. First, the word 'slider' is in the business name (Street Burgers, Craft SLIDERS, fries & Brews) so anyone claiming to not know that fact beforehand wasn't paying attention. Second, these are actually a 'normal' size burger...before this era of franken-burgers and before 69% of Americans are overweight and 40% of Americans are obese (yes, that's a fact).
My husband, an experienced motivated carnivore, ate his burger and some of the fries. I ate less than half of my burger and 3 or 4 fries and we split a loaded shake, drinking about 1/2 of it (cuz, let's be real, the shake is why we went there)...and we were both stuffed! Our food coma set in quickly. The food was delicious, the shake was amazing, the service couldn't have been better. The prices were on par with other craft burger joints. People that thought the prices extreme apparently haven't been paying attention to the economy or how much they actually pay for far lesser food at any drive-thru. It's definitely a splurge...on your health and wallet...but worth the...
