Just got back from being the first customers in the door. We won the ability to eat there after paying. Pizza was ok, chicken was great and sides were great. The dining room setup I did not care for that much there are dividing walls everywhere makes it a little claustrophobic. The buffet area is great and the first thing that welcomes you after you pay. The FunZone was fun but we thought the one in Billings has more games. The space is big but the games are even bigger (like huge) and there spread out so it's nice and spread out. Several of the "games" are not really games you play there push a button to start and its done in 5 seconds leaving you confused of you missed something (is that it?) We were a little annoyed that we had to buy another game card and start over because the other locations are independent and not incorporated into one system. The games are all working well but the claw machines are set incredibly light so you don't pull up to much and they do not have some of our favorite games but had ALOT of new games we have never seen.
All in all it was a fun grand opening and we won 9136 tickets from a $35 game card and spent $29 on 2 buffets. We were not planning on dropping $70 on lunch so it won't be an everyday sort of thing but was a fun way to spend 7 hrs (the 5 hrs in front of the store waiting was even fun hanging out with my wife) Anyone will have a great time here and a kids birthday party would be nuts. I highly...
Read moreThis was my first time visiting Pizza Ranch in Great Falls on September 26th, and I was very impressed! The facility is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the management team is wonderful.
The buffet is fantastic—there are plenty of pizza options, including dessert pizzas, and the salad bar has a wide variety of fresh choices. The hot food line with chicken, mashed potatoes, and corn was also well-stocked and delicious. I especially loved the new Pepsi machines and the ice cream machine—both are excellent!
From what management told me, this is the largest Pizza Ranch location, and it definitely shows. I even had the chance to meet the owner and thank him for bringing this restaurant to Great Falls—it’s something our community really needed.
The Fun Zone is a great addition for both kids and adults, with lots of games to choose from. A few machines were down, but that’s normal for a brand-new business, and I’m confident everything will be running smoothly soon.
I also met a manager and his wife visiting from Butte, and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Overall, this Pizza Ranch is off to a great start. Be patient, be thankful, and definitely go give it a try. Well done,...
Read moreI had a wonderful experience at the brand new Great Falls Pizza Ranch! It's somehow even more delightfully trashy than the Butte location. It's the biggest Pizza Ranch in America because they know their demographics, clearly. The food was fantastic and the chicken slapped, per usual. We didn't even have to fight over it, they had so much ready! In terms of ambiance, Pizza Ranch always offers a great atmosphere. I had a hard time eating because there was a large (in more ways that one) family next to me that had not showered and it smelled strongly of 7 day old roll sweat. The facility was very clean. The cleaner they use is errily similar to the non-toxic cleaner that they use in prisons, so I had some penitentiary flashbacks. The arcade was absolutely incredible and it made me feel like a little kid again. Unfortunately, it triggered my gambling addiction and I got the overwhelming urge to go gamble. I won 75 dollars at the casino next door. Overall a great, no, FANTASTIC...
