Panda Express has always been a decent place to grab a quick bite to eat, and usually it satisfies more than not. I only review places that have significantly made an impact on how I felt about the establishment, and Panda Express impacted my feelings negatively. I pull into the drive through with three items I am wanting to purchase in mind, and get greeted with a very short "what can I get started for you?" I detect a little sassyness but disregard as I know the food business is hard. After pulling up to the window I wait for about three minutes with zero contact with an employee! Usually you would get greeted and hand the money for the food, but instead I wait, actually wanting to add a side of sweet and sour sauce and after a few minutes the employee bursts the window open with food in hand and asking for the money. No hello, no how are you, not even a smile! Here is the kicker-she has the audacity to go ahead and talk gossip on her headset to another employee(no car was behind me), smile and laugh to him/her while handing me my change and receipt. Again no have a nice day, no goodbye whatsoever. On top of this, the chow mein was so dry the noodles were almost able to be snapped in half, which is half of what I ordered! This is something that needs to be addressed, because poor attitude will get you nowhere but down and out of business. I will NOT...
Read moreI stood at the start of the ordering line and there was only 1 person ahead of me when I walked in, and they were waiting on a pickup order.
I stood for about 7 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. I finally gave up on getting any help from a human so I just downloaded the app and ordered fried rice online it took about 10 minutes to get my food box which amazed me as I had stared at a giant bowl of fried rice while waiting to speak to a worker human.
I went out for a smoke when I came to the conclusion that I was getting no answers from the staff. When I came back in I asked if my rice was ready, a staff member pointed at a table in front of the register and said "that's where the pickup orders are" there was only 1 bag on the table so I automatically assumed it was mine since at this point I was the only one in n the restaurant. I picked up the bag and it felt heavy so I pressed the top a bit and I realized that I had just grabbed someone else's order.
During this pandemic it is very unsafe to be leaving bags with food out in the open and to point at us (the guests) and make us go and manhandle everyone's order until we are fortunate enough to find a bag that smells like it could possibly be what I had ordered.
When I did finally get my food (ok once again it was just an order of fried rice) the rice...
Read moreHaving an understanding that shortages are an issue, or half hr before closing, the menu is limited, all of that is fine, and good, however also, having an understanding that EVERYTIME, AND EVERYWHERE I go, I am KIND, THANKFUL, GRATEFUL AND PATIENT, and having not once, not twice, but on now 3 DIFFERENT occasions the "ADREANA" take our order as RUDE and unapologetic for her direct nastiness towards customers, it is beyond me that she is employeed. She is A NASTY example of an employee and person to be this way. I'd like to be more blunt with how she behaved, and nope, do not know her either, this is her customer sevice behavior. There was no line, 8:00 order, and hands down too many times where she has this attitude problem and nearly shoved the bag into my hand as I attempted to say thank you for my minimal order, as they were limited and I wasn't upset at all over it. 2 previous occasions I accepted it as covid, bad customers and so on..third time..you are nasty, RUDE, and should not deal w customers and making it worse for your coworkers as you are supposed to be a team. One time all good, two times, all good, 3 times .you need a new job and reality check. She should NOT be employeed with people. Thank you. It upsets me to report...
