Taco Bell — Restaurant in Great Falls

VERY DISAPPOINTED I had placed an order through Uber Eats, Everything with the delivery driver was a 100%. He did his job great! Until we had started opening up our food, our soft taco shells were not fresh whatsoever. They had not even an ounce of meat in them, as well as lettuce and cheese. It was pretty much a hard flour shell! & not to mention EVERY SINGLE ITEM we had received was not anywhere close to what it should be. I normally order the same thing from Taco Bell & seems the 4 times i have went to this specific location I have an issue with my visit/food. First time ever shortly after grand opening the lady working was very very rude, as well as forgot my drinks with half of my order. Second time i got the wrong food, third they did not remove specifics that i had asked they PUT EXTRA!! & now, did a online delivery order & my order that was rounded up to be 50$ was not nothing near to good quality as well as it all together was nothing close to a good meal. Not sure what the deal is here but something should be done about it as this taco bell has never gave me good service. 10/10 recommend 1901 10th ave...

We have gone to this Taco Bell several times, and their employees stand outside the main door smoking cigarettes. Today, the store manager and the assistant manager were standing out front smoking cigarettes. They both rushed back into the store as we approached the drive-through, and they were immediately on the headset. When we asked if they had changed their gloves after smoking cigarettes, they assured us that they had not only changed gloves, they had washed and sanitized their hands. At which point in the background we could hear the manager chime in, and they both became very smart alec about washing their hands. There wasn't 30 seconds between the time they walked through the main entrance and the time the assistant manager began asking about our order on the headset. If hygiene is not existence, nothing else...

If I could give 0 stars for service, I would. The 1 star goes to the gentleman who handed us our food. The kid at the window was rude. First, he opened the window and snatched my card out of my hand, and then closed the window. When he handed us our drinks, we both ordered the wild strawberry freeze. They were only 2/3s full. When I asked about it, he proceeded to tell me they melted a bit. They had not melted, they were not full. Why pay for a large when you only get the amount of a small! I am so disappointed in the service. After spending 40 dollars, I would have liked to have at least a full drink when it was given to us. Just pure laziness on the employees' part and...
