Litterally the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I placed a mobile order and during my 30min lunch I went to pick it up, I accidentally went to the wrong location, which I recognized is on me but I reordered my food at their location and paid again, when I called this location on 11th, I asked if I could cancel or receive a refund for the order, she was really rude and responded with we can throw your food away but we can’t refund you, and that I need to call corporate and figure it out , I then asked for a manager she said “she’s not here, she’s on vacation” then I asked for the buisness owner’s phone number, she then asked me if I was asking for Carl’s Jr.’s owners number? OBVIOUSLY NOT I was asking for the franchisee’s the person that owns the location of the buisness that partners with Carl’s Jr to have their product! She rudely hung up on me, I then called back and no answer! She called me later to say “it hung up” but we both know that’s not what happened otherwise you would call back immediately after it did that, the girl was rude inconsiderate and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced…. I reached out to corporate already, and submitted claim, I am entitled to a refund since I DIDNT RECIEVE ANY FOOD… and will continue to reach out to this location until I receive it, she was not helpful in anyway! These employees need to be trained better on how to respond to their customers, and they need to be knowledgeable because no one seemed like they knew what to do! Read moreSo tonight around 9"45pm we wanted to stop and get a good dessert before ending our day and go home. So we stop at the Carl's Jr on 11th Ave in Greeley so before going to the drive thru I need it to use the restroom so we park and I got off and my husband stay in the car with our grandaughter cause she was sleep allready. I aproach the Manager "Eric" and ask him if I can get the code # to use the restroom and in a very rude way he answered me that I need it to buy something first so he can let me use the restroom, I explained to him that we were going to buy something but thru the drive thru and he was really rude and keep telling me that "NO" he can't let me use the restroom. I even told him that I can call my husband so he can see him thru the drive thru and he just keep telling me to buy something and then he can let me use the restroom. So I didnt want a keep arguing and left. So I told my husband that no they didnt let me borrow the restroom and he got upset and went thru the drive we order and then ask the girl on the window to call a manager and yeap there was "Eric" and my husband approach him and he was surprise to hear my husband asking him why he was so rude and he just keep telling "customers need to buy something first and then he can open the restrooms" Pleaseeeee Corporatives or Owners give people a good training and then put the as Managers and train the how to treat customers and have simpathy for customers Will never go back to that restaurant I'll take my bussiness some where else Sorry but...
Read moreSo i went in last night at 1015 p.m. and 1st last night they had no shakes and we dealt with it. No explain to us why. Today i go for lunch again no shake and i order a blt chicken ranch sandwhich which had such a small burnt piece of chicken on it i was more then mad at that point. I Went in the managers laughed at me and were talkin in spanish like i don't know espanol cmon now. The cook knows they sent the sandwich that way instead of keeping a happy customer and giving the piece i should of got i took it back and got my money back and they wasted the sandwich Id like to be compensated for my time i had to go to McDonald's which i don't like just for. A chicken patty n they are nice size. My wife wanted lunch she ordered the chicken tenders they did not ask us for sauce either. I had a photo instead of postin it ill give chance to review ur cameras for day sept 10th at 145... Blt chicken sandwiche and a 3 piece tender meal. Easy to but the chicken again y would u send it that way knowin it was burnt and not even sizeable i walked out n told the people next they drove off u lost 2 customers n 1 day wow again look ur camera they did not wanna fix it...
