I really don't know how this place has went so downhill. I was getting sandwiches from them in the summer. There was a nice guy working there late afternoon to evening and my sandwiches came out fine. Then this lady started there and she is not fun to deal with. She does not say hello when you walk in and I always say I'm here for a pickup and she almost gets flustered "I haven't made it yet..so it's not ready". Like Im rushing her. Every time I've been the only sandwich she has had to make. So I always say no problem I have all the time in the world. Someone seriously needs to help her out by shadowing her with customers or something. I believe the character of a person also is gonna put a stamp on the quality of food they are going to prepare. I got a Dodge city. I asked for light oil and vinegar. She decided to throw my sandwich into a sink full of oil and vinegar. Also the cucumbers I added were definitely bad. They had went sour. I put one in my mouth and immediately spit it out. I went to call her to tell her to not serve those... No offer of a remake of my sandwich or refund. I basically had to ask who do I call so I can get a refund. This lady either does not care or really has no idea what is going on. This is my second time in a long time. I had forgotten about her and how unorganized she made everything seem for 1 sandwich. I wont...

Ordered two subs. Both arrived as ordered. Lots of mayo, which I personally like, but if you don't like mayo as much as I do, simply request light mayo. The person who took my order was nice and professional, as was the driver. They are open insanely late which is awesome. My order arrived in a reasonable amount of time, especially considering I didn't have to get out myself. 🤣 The 3 star rating isn't representative of this establishment and the product they deliver. I feel that most people who get good service don't have a reason to review most of the time, so what you end up with is more complaints than positive feedback. Had to repeat my Order a few times to the order taker. And had to correct a few times. There was a male employee who has long hair. Yes he wears a hat but his hair was still hanging down in front of his face. I think it needs to be pulled back.

The quality of my food. Was poor with one order. It got made wrong after repeating it. We asked for no lettuce many tubes during the order processing but when we got home it had lettuce.

Called right away and they fixed it. But it was the point that I had to drive back to fix it. And when I went insides get the sandwich they were disrespectful and had a little bit of attitude.
